One of One Movers

TERRIBLE. Would never advocate. They didn’t come in their designated pickup day and arrived one evening late. It’s been more than 1 month and they haven’t delivered my stuf. They generally don’t pick up when I call them regular, and if they do pick up they state they’ll give me a call after and they never do. I might want to obtain a lawyer involved to help. One of one movers, even if you’re reading this, please let me that the status of my shipment. I’ve lived in my new apartment with no furniture and with just a couple of sets of clothing for more than 1 month. This is totally unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars I would! There’s not any communicating about if your possessions will be picked up or delivered. Our stuff cane missing and damaged nearly 10 boxes and a few of the kids larger toys which could not fit in containers! When I call to let them know about lost things and damages I am told it will take 2-3 days to check at the warehouse. I predict 100 times every day and cannot get anyone to answer the telephone! We hired a moving company to lessen stress and they have caused nothing but worry!

I hired among One movers to transfer me out of Massachusetts to Florida and gave a $200 deposit. When I phoned them to create my last arrangements I couldn’t get through. So I had my daughter set up to get a free quote and of course I heard back from them immediately and once I got to the telephone and told them that they were scamming me and nobody else contacted me that the girl said that they would phone me back the following day by 5 PM and I never heard from them again. I’m not able to get a hold of anyone. Thank God I discovered honest movers.

I had been going from PA to NC and I had been in a hurry to get to NC. I had been offered many unique possibilities, although among the movers were not the cheapest I certainly got my money’s worth. Thank god that they warned me from agents, because I had been so close to choosing the least expensive option but rather I went for quality not quantity. They transferred me out of PA on Friday and Saturday morning that they were in my home in NC. I’m telling you, ” The Ideal!!

The men at One of One did a great job in my move I was forced to make a review. I was really worried as any can imagine, but also to my surprise item went off without a hitch. Job well done men.

This firm moved me in NY to GA.. They did a fantastic job. Cost and service was precisely what they stated. Thank you I would suggest you to other people. I would like to personally thank Kat for helping me during this stressful scenario ensuring me personally and communication throughout the entire process was really beneficial.
