I had been going out of Dallas to Tampa Bay FL. Men we are GREAT!!! I really like the way that they did not rush. Took their time and wrapped all of my furniture with blankets. I had some packaging for the TV’s, plus they even had the TV boxes onto the vehicle!! THANK YOU AGAIN GUYS!!! Phone and ask for Justin, he’s the very best to utilize!!!

    Burn you stuff!

Better to burn off you material and gather insurance compared to this man go it. He is a 1 man band, he has issued tasks out of online agents , he comes along with triples the quotation – but if you ask to assess the quantity, he receives really defensive. That he does not have any regard for the condition of your property.
Everything I got transferred came out seriously disfigured on the opposite end – and obviously hoping for him to pay for damages has no where. (I actually wish I had been exaggerating, but I am NOT).
Better you burn off your things, collect insurance money and re-purchase the things on the opposite end.

    LIARS. SCAM ARTISTS. THIEVES.

This firm is a complete scam. They’re liars, thieves, and only overall scum. Any favorable review is ensured imitation. Just have a peek at their Facebook testimonials where the testimonials were created exactly the exact same day since the profile has been created. THIS IS FRAUD. Misleading clients into believing they’re receiving a great service when they wind up getting scammed. They originally lent $1400, I believed that was too good to be true so had them up the cubic feet. They refused to create a house visit to examine the products. I even sent a thorough collection of dimensions of my furniture. I wound up paying $3, 000. The”Aged Moving Coordinator” Tom Thunder spewed lie after lie to receive my small business. Stated my furniture will be moving straight to Tennessee, (it took over two weeks to get here, and also the proprietor jeopardized he would hold it for 21 days), there would be no long haul fee (paid $300 extra for it ), said I’d insurance up to $750,000 based on value not burden, (currently hoping to say that he will offer me .60 percent to the sum of $45) underquoted, etc.. They gave me a TWO DAY time window, either Friday or Saturday, and that I had to hunt down them to find the time and day. Stated I’d have 5 apparel boxes, NONE were also included. They took my deposit and within two weeks I’d multiple fraud charges on it totaling $700. They showed up in an undercover moving van, failed to supply the correct paperwork needed from the Federal Motor Carrier Service Administration, also stated it’d be an additional $1000 more than what they lent. EVERYTHING ARRIVED SMELLING LIKE SMOKE AND MUSTY AS IF IT SAT IN THE TRUCK OR A STORAGE UNIT THAT WAS NOT AC CONTROLED. They stole boxes from me personally, damaged and shattered multiple things such as my Great Grandmothers Antique Venetian Mirror, along with my brand new very expensive mattress. Dishes, glasses, decorations, and even HEAVY DUTY storage containers demolished. After all of that they hired a business I had signed a deal with (Precise Moving & Storage, US DOT 2439030, a father and son team that had been really kind, and comprehensive, and obsessive about every one of the problems the MONSTER who possesses Quality Moving Services has triggered. Yanni, who functions as a worker of the lousy excuse of a human being was also sympathetic but stated he could do nothing due to his proprietor ) Long story short, if you would like to have a MOVING NIGHTMARE, be lied too, cheated, invest a great deal of cash, and also have your items stolen, broken, and also cope with the most unprofessional business select”Quality” (Hilarious) Moving Services.

    Long-distance move from Houston, TX
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I offered my shifting from Houston, Texas to San Jose, California in September. The moving date has been scheduled on mid-October. At First I contacted by Donavan M, Moving Advisor, Quality Moving Services, 8445672990. He explained me that my possessions will be picked up at the date of my advantage at my location. We also agreed with Donavan that my furniture is going to be sent on SPECIFIC DAY in my advantage since the business has the premises where it could be saved until we’re prepared to accept the products. Quotation was fairly attractive and I consented.

On the day of pickup the movers showed up and maintained the cost ~$650 HIGHER than it had been estimated and that is 1/3 greater of their first quote!!! They advised us that gave us a quote based on sq. feet it is assumed to take nonetheless really it took longer. I accept that, it may the situation BUT HOW ACTUAL PRICE MAY BE 1/3 HIGHER? What they actually do – they bring the consumer offering lower costs when compared with rivals but when they appear – they raise the purchase price and people must take it because they do not have other alternative (e.g. we had a flight following day). I requested to provide us comprehensive breakdown of things since they were estimated versus actual quantity and we agreed that they will provide it through email. I simply needed some justification of cost growth.

This wasn’t the only real surprise with those men, please read farther, it is becoming just more interesting. The moment furniture has been chosen up – Donavan vanished and someone else seemed – Ran (I’m assuming his last name is Ovadia) who lacks crucial English business writing skills, politeness and overall adequacy. He telephoned the owner of the business and according to bbb.org record it appears right.

When we picked our flats in California I emailed to the business that I’m prepared to accept my things. And today this Ran advised that they’re unable to send out possessions on particular date since they do not control the shipping program – the only matter what they can do this – to notify us if it is delivered in their storage from Houston. After it has sent the typical duration of shipping is up to ~25 business days. I requested him to contact Donavan and assess our arrangements but he refused and informed he’s the owner of the business and understands about our arrangements. Once I noticed that I even did not talk with him through my discussions and that I understand better what was agreed between me and the salesman (Donavan M). Then he offered to purchase the precise day shipping choice for 3000 ALTHOUGH IT WAS ALREADY AGREED also it was significant for me personally because missing even 1 job day created problems for me. That is why it had been among the very first things I agreed with the salesperson, but the OWNER (Mr. Ovadia) DID NOT CARE ABOUT HIS OWN COMPANY COMMITMENTS.

On delivery day we discovered that few things were totally broken. The bed frame was divided into two components (total reduction ), the dresser had fairly deep nasty scrapes, the living room lamp was sawed into two components and bended in two areas (total reduction ) and eventually our couch had 1 broken leg (significant fix is needed ). In precisely the exact same day I left pics and ship it to self-named proprietor and that he”submitted a claim”. And if you remember we agreed that they will email me the detailed breakdown of the quote versus actual (please see paragraph two ) — therefore this Mr. Ovadia explained that if I need that — I must pay $120, again $120 for rationale of $650 cost increase though it was agreed they’ll provide it for free!!!

The policy is $0.6/article/lb. Since mattress frame + mattress are believed 1 post, and dresser and couch are fairly hefty themselves therefore we anticipated pretty good quantity of refund. And guess what — after a month of waiting and two my reminders Ran told me that my claim is accepted for $35. Therefore, in the event that you do simple math: 35/0.6 = 58 pounds — that is the burden of broken items per day. Frankly then along with his overall inadequacy I began to uncertainty in his fundamental math skills. From his explanation lamp and sofa were excluded in any way. He didn’t even say how they created the concept of $35 refund. The one thing he said — THEY DON’T HAVE AN INSURANCE COMPANY” and”We procedure assert ourself in the workplace and the woman that accountable told me the choice”. Can you envision that this response FROM whoever owns the corporation? The man didn’t return to me after I inquired about the rationale. Last thing he said –“the choice would be final”. That is RIDICULOUS and signifies COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE.

So whoever reads this review — please do not do any business with those individuals. The quotation might seem very appealing and aggressive — recall what happened to me personally and do not do exactly the very same mistakes. And if you realize that you have been contacted by DONAVAN or notably RAN — please shed the telephone immediately, these men won’t treat you as some other type of client. Seriously, consider before dealing with them.
We will submit a claim from the courtroom, these men will cover attorney expenses along with my furniture.
