I am posting this review for many businesses brokered by Connected Van Lines for your transfer. They were all shady, unprofessional and a scam. I used this business to transfer the contents of a 2 bedroom/2 bath flat. They’re a scam. They tell you a single level and then charge you more on the pickup day. They lie about the shipping time period. They’re unprofessional; if you call that they receive an attitude with you when checking on the status of your shipment. The business is a broker, so that they contract out your move to a different corporation. In my instance, we discovered one firm was utilized to select up the house, another was utilized to keep it along with another business was utilized to send it. Each firm attempted to shake us down to get much more income. The contracted businesses were shady. 1 firm operated under two distinct names. We had been advised that the property would be sent in 5 days. When we called to inquire where the land was, we were then told that it was actually a 7-10 day window for shipping. After the 10 days passed, we called again and were told that they really had around 21 days to provide the house. Mind you none of this was advised to us up front and it was not about the contract. We also mailed the motorist an image of a semi-truck parked at the complex. He still stated he could not match and wanted $1000 to move the house to a smaller truck to supply the house. It was only a shake down for more income. Additionally, they do not have”professionals” managing your premises. They employ people from Craigslist to package up and provide. They also don’t possess a fleet of trucks. They have 1 truck and lease trucks from Ryder to your own moves. As soon as they receive your money, they do not return calls/emails, supply updates in your relocation, get perspectives, and lie about what. Connected Van Lines changed the title of the business 3 times in 1 year. Adam, Rachel and Victoria are unworthy. The firms they employed are American Home Relocations, Oceans Moving, Moving Services, and AJ Guru Logistics. Additionally, furniture has been broken and yet another family home was in our dispatch. We noticed they’re placing imitation 5 star reviews on goggle and yelp. When you look carefully some reviews have exactly the exact same verbiage but unique names. Finally, they’re not rated A+ from BBB, it is an F!

I used this business this past year and they dropped and ruined multiple products. The pickup was nice, but then it was a nightmare. They’ll unload everything at a warehouse and they get things mixed up together with other peoples things. They’ve no respect for your possessions.

When they sent (without a warning) my load had matters that belonged to somebody else and we had a slew of things lost and damaged.

Not only did it require them within a month for delivery, but my furniture was ruined,all of the boxes were ripped open together with lost boxes. Filed a claim, the business won’t cover the claim. Bad customer support, along with the Mgr is not available to talk with you personally. If you appreciate your stuff, do not seek the services of this provider. They ought to be from business.

I had been told I had to call the movers instantly or they’d leave my couch out in my doorstep. Thank you very much to your advance note. After hearing just for 2 months, I’ve got a ten second window to react or have my couch thrown on my doorstep.

I’d booked a transfer with Linked Van Lines who brokered the movement with American Home Relocation. I didn’t know this. Both firms are dreadful. I had been lied to for four times from both firms about pickup dates and days until eventually being told that they weren’t coming in any way. Worst ever!

That can be worst Moving business I’ve ever noticed before. They actually take sub contracts and provide sub contracts with other individuals. And no answers after pickup and receive cash. First quote never fits with what you wind up payingfor. No customer honor. I suggest to not prefer this business, rather take another firm even cost is more or less. As soon as I requested that they find another provider, I was again referred to client support and was advised as a way to pick up my merchandise myself, I would want to cover the balance. My transfer has been from MI – TX. They obtained my move through a another firm for a sub-contractor. I will never use them again, or consult with them. Totally unprofessional. If I could rate a zero, they’d get it!!!!! Hoping to receive my merchandise by August! I used U-Haul to the rest of my products. No problems and on time shipping. Will definitively utilize them if I ever proceed local or long distance. Great customer support, continuous communicating and centric delivery just as promised. They had no problems securing a long distance driver.

I spoke to a supervisor called Alan many occasions, and he explained that my products were to a truck and could be delivered soon. Following a week and of the, I eventually spoke to Jerry in shipment and he advised me my products were still in Chicago, maybe not on a truck, and they were still working on acquiring a truck to get my delivery. So Alan was just lying to me the entire time! When I finally got my merchandise, my desk has been crushed and destroyed, and many things were missing. What a trying and dreadful experience. Customer service was horrible, they wouldn’t return calls and seldom had any advice for you. The only good thing was Jerry in shipment, he appeared to give me precise information at least. Beware, hire a moving company with their very own fleet or utilize pods so that you have some hands.

Terrible experience. This firm is a joke, and must be put out of business. I used them to move me out of Michigan to Colorado. Long story short they held my things hostage at a warehouse at Illinois for 4 months. They had no idea when they’d deliver. I eventually got sick of each of their bs, and needed to hired another moving company to pick up my items for me. When they came all the boxes were broken and smashed. These people are liars and thieves.

I asked to used around 30 days of free storage however they told my partner that keep your belongings in storage for 30 days irrespective of if you require it. He used explanations that he could not locate a truck moving to that portion of AZ.. He then could not locate a truck moving to AZ whatsoever, even though they maintained AZ is their favorite destination ( per emails with quotation ). To make a long story short (yes there’s much more ), months passed and still no boxes. In early January and two weeks after, I texted Whaley and advised him to return them to me personally in OH. No reply. We chose last week to visit Chicago (700 mi round trip) and find the boxes ourselves. He had been all game for it! We moved into the warehouse on W48th
