If I could give them no stars, I’d because they do not deserve it. Among the principal reasons I went with all these people is because they state that they are spirit based, well, do not think it…. After talking with Mathew and another guy in the backdrop. . .they were rude and condescending (in case you read the answers to the prior complaints, you may see exactly what I mean) so, after taking nearly two hours in labour, losing cushions for my terrace furniture, breaking 3 tables and leaving a load of things at my home, to mention that I’m frustrated is a understatement. The right thing for a small business owner to do is apologize and attempt to make things right, I got a”hell no” in both persons I talked to. I inquired for $1000.00 to be removed the price…. He said he will no, we will not earn any money, I suppose you’ll need to submit a claim… $0.60 per pound…. His motorists ended up taking 7 hours away from the price and were quite apologetic…. Sweet children, they knew that the gravity of what exactly occurred, now I must find a person to find the remainder of my items out of my home prior to the sale closes on 2/1 so far I’ll have a gas fee of $600.00 not certain what the hourly rate will be. So my advice for you is that…. Continue searching, locate someone without a 1 star evaluations and NEVER EVER tolerate somebody being hateful, argumentative and condescending in the hour of need. Matthew, maybe just a little humility would go a very long way.
