The movers were more friendly, courteous and quite valuable. They answered all of my queries. They showed up on time to pickup and also delivered a bit sooner than I anticipated. All products were bought and accounted for. All in precisely the exact same state as if picked up. I strongly recommend them to anybody needing a speedy and immediate moving occupation. I utilized Greenpoint Vanlines to get a transfer from San Antonio, Texas to Eugene Oregon. I will keep this brief and to the point:

-Movers showed up 2 hours late to pick up.
-The transfer is currently taking a week more than the maximum quote I had been given (quote was shipping on the 22nd to 26th, now is the 31st) and will almost surely require an extra week.
-Movers billed me $650 bucks over the quote, such as doubling the cost per cubed foot once I surpassed a space-needed quote THAT THEY MADE THEMSELVES WITH NO VISUAL INSPECTION OF MY THINGS.
-I called again and never needed my calls returned, and was finally told by Kelly that my complaints were”crap”, after that she hung me up.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I’ve moved three times in the past 4 yrs. And all of my adventures with long distance moving businesses has been dreadful. Last time a buddy told me about greenpoint vanlines and I am quite happy I utilized them. They are customer support was terrific. They took all of the strain from my movement and also did it without requiring every dime I had. They even packed my home at no cost. The gentlemen that camera in and transferred my house were quite professional and they took good care of my possessions.
