We obtained three quotes from leading moving companies and opted to proceed with Republic Transferring and Storage/North American Moving Services since the agent looked professional, the cost was competitive, and he abandoned a slick booklet that ensured us our relocation will go easily. We had been assigned a Client Service Rep who’d”work behind the scenes” to make certain it was problem free. The transfer date has been agreed on and our merchandise would be delivered in the latest one week afterwards. On the day of the transfer date I called to see if they’d arrive and was advised that the truck broke down, so that they might send out one which afternoon but it would involve unloading our products onto a larger truck the following day. I said I’d wait until the following day to prevent that even though it changed our travel programs. The following day two little trucks came and I had been told our things could be placed in storage in Temecula before a semi automatic and motorist could be discovered! Everyday we’d call to determine when our stuff could arrive with no chance. We needed to purchase air beds and dishes and chairs to utilize. I would provide no stars if this was an alternative. This induced us to really go for 1 year without even understanding where the majority of our possessions were. I couldn’t have been more disappointed.
