Once you get an extremely competitive quote (remember you DO get what you pay for), B&B Transportation/Everything Moves does a”bait and switch” and certainly will alter your pricing against estimated quantity square footage to burden, leading to a much higher price.  I was quite rudely informed that the motorist has the right to alter your quotation in a bid to help save you money in the long term.  Do not attempt to assert, everything falls upon deaf ears for this corporation.  The simple fact that they ask money in the time of shipping BEFORE you see that your merchandise ought to have been my first warning.  Our items were found in the base of the truck and we observed the movers guy handle, brake and harm the other things in the shipment to be able to reach my things.  Upon delivery I was not able to observe that my 1947 Trashcan juke box has been damaged.  I paid an extra fee to get this delicate item”crated” and what I purchased was a blanket with cardboard and shrink wrap.  When I attempted to get B&B to file a claim for the harm, I had been shocked if NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS.    If you do not care about your dispatch, customer support or fundamental ethics, then that is the business…and I wish you luck.  Beware, this business also changes their name so as to run out of their BBB reviews.  Notice they’ve been in business since 1993, but merely have BB ratings since January of 2012.

I reserved my move during Alliance moving.   Did not Understand That the movement could be contracted out to a different firm.   I had been advised from the start that my dispatch has been based on fat and has been given a quote for fat only.   I had been told when the burden was more, I’d pay extra, or even not, I’d pay less.   I agreed to such conditions.   When my things have been picked up, I again asked about the burden and has been advised that the movement has been based on weight only.   I had been advised a few days following pickup that the burden was 4700 pounds above what was quote.    After the crew came the head man complained about not needing to carry my job as it had been late at night, 11PM,I needed to be outside the following daythey were 3 days late.     I would never use this firm again.   Service Wasn’t there.   I had been oblivious to numerous occasions.   Locate another mover!I as held ransom for the thinghs as was advised that when I didn’t pay the sum in money in a sunday day I will be fees 1500 longer the following moment. The invoice had been 3,500 over estanate. Foul language on your telephone and held ransom to your own stuff, thugs POS.   Avoid THEM

I reserved my movement via American Van Lines Relocation.   Did Not Understand That the movement could be contracted out to a different firm.   I had been advised from the start that my dispatch has been based on fat and has been given a quote for fat only.   I had been told when the weight has been more, I’d pay extra, or even not, I’d pay less.   I agreed to those conditions.   When my things had been picked up, I again asked about the burden and had been advised that the movement has been based on weight only.   I had been advised a few days following pickup that the burden was 1000 pounds below what was projected.   I presumed that my payment could be less.   American educated me that B & B denied to reduce my quote because I’d more cubic feet of transferred things than was expected.   Additionally explained I signed a paper that stated my shipment could be based on cubic feet.   I never signed these files and if I asked them to reveal the record, they Couldn’t make it.   I talked American and American B & B and invested several hours talking with people from both businesses.   My shipment has been under the quote and that I must have been billed less!   I eventually grew up and had my own items sent 11 days later pickup.   After the crew came the head man complained about not needing to carry my job because I had also many tough things to proceed.   Additionally they had loaded my own terrace furniture rather than wrapped it Whatsoever.   The furniture was perfect prior to the movement but finished up with scrapes all over the alloy components.   The movers abandoned all of the tape, wrap, etc out of the transfer in my Home.   I requested him to accept such thing but he denied.   I also had to ask them to place my large screen TV in my TV stand.   They Weren’t happy about doing so!   I would never use this firm again.   Service Wasn’t there.   I had been oblivious to numerous occasions.   Locate another plumber!

In reading the other reviews, I’m not sure they really utilized this support.

It had been in my contract which they’d send in 14 days however it required 21. They told me a story that they sent the wrong Virginia client before me.

My contract stated that I may use a charge card to cover the remainder on shipping but they informed me if they arrived that money only was approved. After phoning them up and demonstrating that my contract states differently, took the next 2 hours to allow them to begin unloading.

I had a bike shipped also and it arrived to me having numerous dents and scrapes. They will not answer the telephone once I call.

The majority of my boxes have been crushed when they came. They said that when the truck is filled in my property, my possessions won’t be eliminated again before it all arrives in my new site. Not the situation since I discovered that it was all put to a storage device until delivered to me personally. They stated it was my own mistake that the boxes were all smashed because I did not pack them right. I’m talking that the rubberized bins with lids which were crushed here from the way not only cardboard boxes…

Over all a dreadful encounter. They have been 12 hours late at picking up and up 14 days overdue in shipping with plenty of harm and explanations. When you’ve got a choice, don’t use this corporation.

I’m Very sorry for the encounter

I hired B and B Transport for my transfer out of CA to FL. Everything went really well. The movers showed up on time and also did a terrific job managing and wrap my furniture. I believe that it took about ten or nine times for my things to be sent. No harm, no headaches = satisfied client. Wonderful timing, terrific company, wonderful price!
