BBB Moving & Storage

We were originally connected with David. He was fine and enlightening. We asked our things be sent and sure enough that they had been punctually. When they came to my condominium construction, they came in a semi auto (that we knew nothing about). Upon walking up to the truck driver that he advised me each 75 feet that they walk is just another cost. They said that David educated them to come first understanding that it wouldn’t do the job. They refused to start the truck before we paid an additional $400 so they can find a separate truck if this wasn’t our fault. They had a decision to come at a more compact truck but did not becuade David needed an additional $400 from us. Long story short, both of my surfboards were ruined. My guitar has been ruined and our jewellery box with all our jewellery was lost. Obviously the very expensive item with the most costly contents go lost. This guy clearly uttered our thing and is no more calling back us. He’s dismissing our telephone calls and stating that he does not understand where our thing is. For proof that I took photos of all of the things before they had been sent.I will probably be filing a police record and also reporting him to the better business burea consequently that his firm will he closed down and he can not scam anybody.

We had been told they will deliver our items within fourteen days after pickup. 2weeks after the individual David text me that our items are at LA & won’t load it into the truck till we give him extra payment. My husband moved ahead & give him extra payment on Friday comes Monday David again texted my husband saying that they would not deliver since they did not receive the cash???? They then settled to receive the entire amount upon shipping CASH/MONEY ORDER. My new TV has been busted up. My COUCH’ve GUM around like my plastic storage containers are ruined! I texted David using all the image of my television & horrible sofa NO REPLY. Seriously this firm added anxiety to our movement!! Paid extra nearly $300 for stuff & our television not even wrapped in bubble wrap nor even boxed! They are all about money and never trying to find client satisfaction! My boxes, furniture & appliances have been sent this Monday & thus much I watched busted TV, COUCH with stained chewing & dinted FRIDGE & DRYER! No Response from the Man who COLLECTED OUR MONEY.
NEVER USED THIS COMPANY!
THEY’LL PUT YOU THROUGH HELL!!
They use a broker that you cannot contact after amassing they are a part of their MONEY!

Very poor experience with BBB movers.
DAVID JOHNSON was that the man I had been contacted and originally they were very polite and took the order and also gave great reduction.
Things were picked up on 5th July 2018. I requested for 30days storage, according to coverage they supply free storage. I requested them to send on Aug 6th. .but after several emails and calls I got my things on Aug 23rd 2018.

Each of the boxes were obtained ruined, once I requested the supply guy he informed its not his fault, packed were already damaged at storage.

My daughter helmet and bike wasn’t delivered. Deliver man was so rude before I gave full sum he didn’t open the door.

I was continue texting or calling DAVID JOHNSON for my bicycle and harm no response or phone back.

PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS MOVERS THEY Are Extremely RUDE AND There’s NO ON TIME DELIVERY, in the Event That You LOST SOME THING THERE IS NO REPY BACK…

This review is long overdue and I am unable to say enough good about the corporation. I have never had to take care of a moving company prior to as a girls, some thing keep telling me that this was the only needless to say my feelings were perfect. Everyone at business was fantastic, particularly as a result of hurricane Matthew came through at the right time of movement, I needed to alter dates 3 occasions. There wasn’t a issue & anybody I talked to said no concerns that we know. That is a business that I would suggest to anybody building a transfer, everybody is really professional, particularly my own movers. Duwain & David were the BOMB!! So sweet, professional, cheerful personality, &; s any manner possible to create this so pleasant. My Mother was completely astonished with Duwain & David, she stated she couldn’t think how well & quickly they work together & packaging, wrap everything so well. Was shifting my Mother out of Las Vegas, NV into Boca Raton, FL. After we came at drop off place a few her neighbours came over & said if they moved in to there that the firm they hired couldn’t back down the truck at the cul-de-sac & needed to shuttle all of her things, my men had no difficulty what so ever. They were astonished at them & I informed them I figure that you hired the wrong business , they laughed & said they would like they’d travelled with Telephone Me Van Lines. The cost was fantastic, as well as again my men were the BOMB!! Couldn’t ask for any greater. I am hoping their supervisor gives them a wonderful holiday & a wonderful bonus, since that is what creates a business earn the respect that it deserves. At the moment of pickup their manager phoned me to check & see how matters were moving and known back after after proceed to ensure things were ideal. I believe that was really fine, how lots of individuals would do that!! Also shipment called me personally to see exactly how things were moving, I stated GREAT. No issues what so ever, in case anybody is considering a huge movement I would certainly suggest giving this company a call first. Hope this can help somebody else with a transfer they’re planning. This proved to be a really big move; cost very fair. I would like to thank everybody one which helped me for this, particularly Duwain and also David & obviously the rest of you with all the business. Thank you so much again for all!! My Mother is still astonished!! If by any chance that I needed to do so again I will certainly call them again!! THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU!! You’re the Ideal!! Movers had to divide nearly everything & wrap additionally setup & unwrap. And of course all of the walking they needed to perform from pickup place, because of these little street with deep ditches on each side. This was down & up driveway on hill. My Husband has made semi trucks for a living ahead and was manager of coaching faculty, semi trucks heavy gear for 25 decades. He explained there was no way that the men would have the ability to earn that particular turn, also stated he couldn’t even get it done. Said there wasn’t any strategy, they really do want some space, individuals will need to take matters such as this into account.
