My criticisms are that they use the cubic feet procedure (instead of weight) of charging and estimating that appears to me that it may allow for cushioning of fees. They also don’t repay any unused storage payment.

Again I have moved once annually for 9 decades and have not heard of this by any inspector. They said from the truck into the lift, which had been a brief 30ft, after which the lift ride up, and then 30 feet to my doorway was over 75 feet so that they charged me $75 for this. We had been made to transfer this very heavy thing ourselves to our hallway and just write a note stating”FREE” onto it. What a loss. I still can not believe all of this as I’m writing it.  My mom and I were supposed to take down our time to CA and had a few stops planned outside, however because the movers said that they would be driving night and day and wanted to squeeze into a couple more tasks in CA, we needed to cut out everything and push 9+ hours a day to attempt and make it. After they were gone, we realized we were missing a few boxes of kitchenware, and older, precious, classic documents which were my grandfathers. Alpha and Omega Moving and Storage is your worst moving business ever! Not merely did the sport cost twice, half of those possessions were not sent or have been”discharged”. Especially my 10 yr Id whole Lego collection. They’ve still never made good on some of those loses. Hope this business goes bankrupt. Please note that they do, do not utilize them. You’re going to be sorry.

The quotation was given over the telephone, nobody came into our house in order to stock what was being transferred. My husband walked from room to room on the telephone using Meesha and told me exactly what was in every room and at the garage. The quotation was $2,200
On Friday afternoon, the driver showed up with just two supporters at a rental truck. It looked to us that the truck was too little to maneuver our possessions, since they already had another set of things packed into the trailer.
After a few hours of loading, the lead/driver told me that (1) there was much more there than expected and the fee would be over $6,000!! And (2) They wouldn’t have the ability to load all of our possessions. With nearly all our possessions filled, we believed we had been between a rock and a tough location.
Feeling we had no other choice and already far further in the day than intended, we moved forward. We loaded the things left behind onto a pallet and sent them bu UPS Freight in another charge.
The truck came when expected at the destination. There was a little damage to different parts of furniture. Payment may just be made with cash or money order! No tests, no credit/debit cards, and compensated prior to unloading. When they were finally completed, they ended up shooting away with our hands truck.
This company is really a bait & switch performance. If we ever need to create another interstate movement, we’ll go with a nationally recognized provider. AND they’ll have a representative that comes to our house to supply a binding quote.

I wish I would of took the opportunity to check into this business before using them! They’re the worst company I’ve EVER worked with. They offered us $1200 to transfer our items from California into AZ and ended up charging us triple that $3600. We were assumed to get our items Thursday never got there it had not even been loaded again called multiple times nobody would give us an answer on if our items would arrive, eventually they said Sunday Monday, we again called multiple days and again they stated our things hadn’t left California now it is for the next Wednesday. Total nightmare they’ll quote you a reduced cost to lock you into after the movers arrive that they smack you with extra fees which you’re not anticipating and give you no other option except to use their services that are dreadful. When the movers came they made us sign a Lot of blank newspapers with outside totals and they then stand the”complete” up and you get screwed over since _”you signed the contract” they’re extremely misleading impolite and inform you should of read the contract prior to signing -They do not care about the client prevent yourself a looonggggg nightmare

DO NOT!!! Employ this so called business!!! They offered me a price at $1,400. Once they so called affluent there bath, it was now $29,000. And that I had to allow them to load the truck as it was becoming for late. 11:00 P.M. I had to leave this following day so that I had no option. After the truck finally got into my new address, my 1700 cc yamaha needed a dent in the back fender. Obviously they said it had been there until it had been loaded. BULL !!! Additionally they lost two of my big boxes that had significant newspapers,computor, T.V. and great clothing. I did tell them about the contents and boxes. They said it was about a different truck and will be delivered shortly. 7 telephone calls and one year after I didn’t get something. They maintained denying everthing. They’re A SCAM!!! Please, for the reassurance,Hire somebody else

It has been 3 months since they have delivered into my final house. They delivered the incorrect mattress. My box spring and mattress remains no where available. I have called everyone I could, still getting the run around.

They never call you back. They tell you they will call you a few days in progress – perhaps 12 hours, and it is not’dispatch’ however the true driver – the last one could hardly be understood.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED…
Discovered their employees to be quite RUDE, ARROGANT and non-cooperative. I only filed a claim-complaint and expecting to hear back from these (together with the encounter that I had, this Is Quite unlikely)

Their quotes are UNREALISTIC. I ended-up paying1 1/2 occasions greater than what was projected. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I restored my belonging 30 days late. My boxes were ripped up I am overlooking a few things. They will not answer their telephone nor return telephone regarding my items which are missing. I’d advise you to not use this business no matter what. They will eve quote you one price then bill you another after your items are around the truck. All I will say is run run run dead conquer company.

Alpha & omega storage & moving did an outstanding job last Friday cleaning out my storage locker and shifting it into my new site. But now, October 17th, I looked in my bed because it was light outside. They scraped the metallic framework and its currently chipping. I understand that was Alpha & Omegas fault since when I Purchased the mattress out of Plummers Furniture it had been at the box and built in my house.   This is the final straw. The movers picked up my things on August 25 and as of now (September 19), they’ve failed to send them. I was the worst going encounter using Alpha & Omega Moving business.   When they came to pick up my belongings, a man gave me paperwork to sign.   The paperwork was already filled out with my information along with also the number I agreed to cover, so that I signed it and returned it back for him.   Once they loaded my belongings to the truck, then he returned back the paperwork to me along with his trademark, and I discovered They put additional fees that I didn’t consent to cover.   That is a illegal behaviour.

I then was told I would need to pay an additional $75 for carrying these things over 75 ft. since they could not pull their truck at our parking lot. They would not bring our things upstairs before we went to go get more money. Once they introduced everything in, I inquired if they were planning to place my grandson’s bunk beds together because our quotation comprised disassembly and assembly of furniture. I had been shown that the bag of bolts to the beds and advised” Can you see all those? I will be here all day if I attempt to put this together.” I advised him that it had been supposed to be coated and he informed me”Not children furniture.” What? My husband was so mad he advised them to simply leave and he’d put it together. They decided to not create our delivery before late in the day and then acted as if it was the fault that they were not out of there however. This firm is very difficult to reach if you want them and supplied the worst customer service ever. We never even received any followup questionnaire to learn how their support was. As soon as I told them that I couldn’t meet them there on this notice, they threatened to put my things in storage and then bill me daily.Many of my things were ruined and several things of worth strangely’lost’ in my shipment. Many boxes were gone through and re-packaged. My Passport had been missing from the dispatch, pain medicine was also shot, in addition to a mattress frame and jewelry.One of my boxes had no signs of flea infestation with gnawed via holes along with bark feces. The box itself did not include food or whatever could attract rodents.I achieved to the proprietor for assistance. He said he’d help and then never returned my phone.

I have ta say WOW!!! That is the way I felt if our relocation has been completed. My spouse and I had been outside happy with the project which A&O did for us. From the present time the team came, they were courteous, considerate and professional and labored so hard for over 9 hours right before the project was complete. We’d highly recommend using this organization and the group of Omar (Foreman),along with his team. They were every amazing and incredibly devoted to their job. They did not let’s lift one thing and were so careful with all of our possessions. They assisted us scatter the furniture back and let’s use these resources to hang blinds and pictures. In addition they had such wonderful attitudes even into their 9th hour of moving and lifting! We’ll be asking them again when and if we proceed again. Thanks for applying such committed and hardworking workers!

When all had been dropped off to a different storage, I arrived to discover they broke the foot of my coffee table and also explained that it had been loose (it was not, it had been shattered ) Then I needed to inform them I had been missing out large black smoker BBQ plus they informed me it’d appear. Today we’ve drained out our storage device and after all said and done here’s what we have discovered: Broken Coffee Table- inducing glass into the coffee table, Large BBQ/smoker still missing and then to top it off our kid’s mattress (queen or dual ) missing. I’ve called and left messages and e-mailed guess what? No account was made. Customer support of this loading team is excellent but follow along with lost / broken things SUCKS!

First and most significant, the cost remained exactly as mentioned. Happy about that. However…. The A&O estimates and sales individuals emphasize that they are not brokers. They’re. I asked repeatedly as I didn’t need to become involved with a multiple firm dispute if something came damaged. Over and above, I had been told that just A&O would manage and transport my possessions. Just as I feared, my stuff had been delivered by just two regular contractors who didn’t work for A&O; at the driver’s palms = sending documents from at least 10 different moving companies…”that firm is yours with?” 1 girl, 1 man. I don’t have any problem with girls doing anything. However, I needed to help transfer two heaps of different people’s things for to mine since the girl was not able to help considerably. Weren’t happy about that. I was also quite upset how matters were piled in the vehicle. They don’t, at all, care for anything marked’this side up’. My $2,000 TV was laying flat along with different boxes on top of it. Even though it was to be OK, I had been really mad about that. Despite this, the motorists were fairly respectful and nice. Largest criticism… My mattress (just 6 weeks old) was squeezed at the centre if they wrapped it. I am squeezed A LOT. I voiced my concern and has been advised that it was just to protect it till they got for their warehouse where they’d take additional care in wrap it. They did nothing and now it won’t return to its original form. I’ll be creating a claim for it. Thank god I paid for your insurance. . .we’ll see exactly what a nightmare it is to find any cash for this. I will likely never get a dime for this.  Two days after my matters were sent, the driver (man ) called and tried to deceive me into thinking that my TV was not actually mine. Apparently he thought I had been dumb enough to send my TV to a different client. He stated,”you had a 42″ TV”. I advised him I found that fascinating since a) I have it( b) I purchased it just 8 months past, c) I am pretty sure I am more acquainted with my possessions than you’re, d) I am not paying for someone’s TV which you dropped ( and emails ) its a 55″ Samsung, maybe not a 42″ Insignia bit of crap. He had been very rude but I will confess, I had been a clever [EDIT]. I just don’t enjoy being treated like an idiot and individuals trying to make me cover their errors. The saleswoman, Meesha, was receptive. Dishonest, but she had been prepared to answer all of my queries etc. In other words, wrap your personal material. Don’t feel that they are not brokers Because that is precisely what they are. Hope and pray that your material arrives at adequate condition.  In general, I would give them a C. That is simply because they did not alter the quoted cost once it came. I really don’t think I would use them again but I am prepared to wager that all these firms are exactly the same.

THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE. My TV arrived shattered along with my bedframe is missing two bits so that it’s now worthless. My mattress came filthy and covered in black spots. My box sprin can be covered in dark spots. Either side of the dressers were kicked in. 1 dresser has a massive scrape on the top and the next had a drawer pushed through so it is now unusable.  To top it off, they charged me an extra $250 in the initial quote and would not drop off my things and return my calls before I left a message stating I’d pay the extra cash. It had been a dreadful experience.  If you end up speaking to Phillip Cohen, expect to possess you him scam. I can not emphasize enough how awful these individuals are. Not only awful movers, terrible men and women.

Before I reserved together with Alpha and Omega I found some inspection on line that made me second guess myself when I must book together or not… Though they had any bad reviews I could tell you that my 8th transfer has been among the finest together with Alpha &Omega. I ready myself to the negative idea that the terrible reviews showed mepersonally, however, they had been on time, professional movers that arrived to perform the job and do it.  Thanks for making my movement 10 times simpler!

In the deceptive quotations, to the total lack of consumer support and then to shipping this provider is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever utilized to proceed. I say this after having had to go three times in the previous 18 months to get work. The quotation was quite shady since it had been promoted as a binding quotation. I explained to the sales man that had been a third floor walk up, it had been published on the bill and yet when they came they billed me $370 additional for stairs, even as it had been at the small print that they billed $75 percent measures. T they were certainly covered by their own paperwork . however, it was made apparent on many occasions in the right time of the quotation that was a stroll up and  that I had been told the quotation contained the 3 floors of stairs to get a stroll up. Once they picked up on the merchandise I phoned and emailed the firm for 10 times without a reply, eventually I got a revenue Associate, Adam, who then went to yell at me that he had responded to my mails. Despite me describing, that though he ay have responded, I didn’t receive the answer, HE HUNG UP THE PHONE and then again 4 times since I tried to phone back. I had been told they’d call 24 hours before the pickup date however at 5pm on the day prior pickup there was no contact. When I called they said they’d be there between 11 am and 2pm the following day. In 10.45 another morning they called to say that they wouldn’t be there till between 5 and 7pm. They eventually called back at 2pm and stated they’d be there in thirty minutes. I’d already altered my plans also needed to change them once more to push across town and allow them in. Not one of the consented packaging arrangements were detailed to the motorist and therefore I needed to convince them to package the consent things out of my quotation. The agreed date of delivery has been the 15th. I phoned for many times before learn specifics of shipping. AGAIN 6 DAYS AND NO RESPONSE. After I did telephone the supervisor explained they really had 21 days from date of shipping to really deliver my products. Next time I heard of them that they gave me a three day window,once more the goods didn’t arrive within this particular window and when I knew they still could not offer me a shipping date. Eventually on July 3rd they chose to phone and say they’d be bringing on July 4th vacation. In addition they called to state that despite them using the shipping address for 2 months, it was just now they heard they were not able to buy their 18 wheeler truck into the destination plus it was likely to cost an additional $350 to get a shuttle shipping. They explained that this was because they needed to hire a truck and load all on it JUST to send to me personally, but that it would be there first thing in the afternoon. They then called to state since it was July 4th that there were no sockets available, but again it would be there first thing in the afternoon to the 5th. After taking the morning off work at 1pm there was still no indication of this truck. I named the driver who informed me that they had additional deliveries first….so substantially for hiring the vehicle and also charging me the exact afternoon speed. When my merchandise arrived the only actual furniture I’d, a couch was finished crushed along with the framework was broken. They also didn’t send my bicycle. In the time of writing, 12 days following delivery they haven’t sent asserts forms and don’t have any idea where my bike was sent. T this point I doubt I’ll see my bicycle, get any kind of claim thrown out to your harms, and so my only recourse would be to inspire you to not US THIS COMPANY.   To place tis in view, I transferred my merchandise including 10,000 recordings from Seattle to London UK 1 weeks before, yet this transfer without documents or transatlantic transfer cost $500 more and required 3 months more.

Defiantly I recommend anybody to look more in this moving business, we contrasted several moving firms, but I had been assured verbally some thing, that in the conclusion it, never came. I see things differently today and everything goes around comes around. Not much for writing reviews. Had a transfer lately because of work reasons. I had been requested by Sasha to write a favorable review if all went well with the movement from begin to finish. My items had been picked up and sent without any incident. This is precisely what I was searching for. Can use these guys again. I wish more companies were similar to those men.

Strongly urge anybody looking at that business to choose somebody else. My spouse and I compared many (10 ) firms for our shifting needs. The sales man at Alpha & Omega (AO) was quite comprehensive and spent some time assisting us gauge what our cubic quantity of things was. According to our conversation and that which was”average” for a apartment of the dimensions the salesperson stated he supplied a conservative quotation (estimated large ). We turned into the initial deal because we felt more comfortable shifting the things ourselves, no matter how the salesman predicted the following day offering a much lower cost and also an assurance that the products were”90% probable” to arrive at a 48 hour window instead of the conventional 5 day window. We believed that was too great to pass up. I made calls for 4 additional firms and compared the price tag, thanks to Transferring website. Not just this business had reduced prices but also more items were insured, such as insurance, packaging, padding and so on. This is the next time I am moving so that I can clearly understand the comparison between the preceding movers and Alpha & Omega movers. I got connected with Sasha, that he had been extremely respectful and patient, answered my each questions clearly and immediately. Before the movement he called again and again guaranteed me what will be smooth and amazing. (you really must hear that prior to that move) and he had been correct!!! Juan and his team were good. They’re considerate, professional, and incredibly pleasant to coped with. The business and the movers adapt my particular shipping period, Huan said he’ll probably be here at 9:30 am and that he came 9:25 am eloquent. They put new pads to walk on in my flat because the carpeting is new. They went over and beyond, even hook up the washer and drier for us.
Being in staff for this business, from the folks in the workplace to the movers, I’ve had I would say a”ideal moving encounter” and actually am not exaggerating.
