Rapid Moving Company

These guys did a great job for us. Out of all of the mover groups I’ve had in years past these men are definitely the very best. Within my move out of Georgia to Southland, California, they have been fast, efficient, organized, and SUPER friendly that made for quite a nice and non stressful movement. I have to add that going over 3000 miles without a broken is a fairly amazing accomplishment.

They even surprised me and followed up to be sure everything was going smoothly for me. I would advise with this moving company for my family and friends since I know I surely will.

I would 100% recommend this particular plumber to all of my family and friends. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Hired them to maneuver me 15 minutes off. The scheduled period was between 8am and 10am. I got up at 6:30am to prepare yourself together with my own boys. It was a simple move, furniture just, because I took everything to another flat beforehand.

Ten o’clock AM arrived without a movers. I named the business at 11am and managed to reach somebody after 30 minutes of trying. The woman said she had been reaching out to dispatch. OK…I’d emailed my representative and he had been outside of the workplace, but also reached out to dispatch. There was a delay. OK. . .11:40’m. . .Nothing. . .Called aga. She explained dispatch will phone in 20 minutes. Nothing… I phoned back and she achieved again. He’d call me. Nothing…

My son went to work along with a neighbor who could have aided abandoned at 12pm. I proceeded to rent a truck and as I pulled around U-Haul, the dispatcher called. It is 1:30pm! He cried, once I told him that he is 3 1/2 hrs late. He explained that he forgot to call me. When I inquired if he whined about his client, he then says no he did not. Something was wrong with the truck and they had been using 3rd parties. He explained that he wished to ensure that he had some body setup. I advised him that it might have been polite to call and notify the client what is going on rather than leaving them hanging for nearly 3 hours. He explained that he could have somebody there in one hour. I passed and got my own U-Haul and three individuals to assist me. I needed to make sure I was transferred out now.

I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this firm EVER! Highly unprofessional and dreadful support.
