    Do not use!

This company is the worst. They broke so many bits of our furniture and’d explanations for the majority of it. We bought additional moving insurance and place inventory in their own system of paperwork filled out from the vehicle packers which files furniture harm prior to the transfer. When seeking to put in claim for every one of our damaged items after the move, there were a variety of items that they had been reluctant to reimburse us for. They said the damage wasn’t transit damage. Nevertheless they have all of this paperwork which reveals that our possessions were fine or’d minimal scratches before the transfer. When pointing out that they stated our furniture has to be badly gather or ruined due to bumps on the street which leads to things in the vehicle to maneuver about and become ruined and that they are not accountable for that! We’ve spent six months going back and fourth with them. They don’t care about their clients. They’ll see to your belongings badly and also make excuses for it subsequently. These individuals are so dishonest! AVOID!!!

    Untrustworthy crew! Poor documentation!

Terribly disappointed with how the long distance transfer of my kid’s home goods has been treated. They shot a dishonest team member”s word and knowingly vague documentation within the fact that my son saxophone wasn’t sent, denying that our claim! No high worth paperwork was introduced nor accompanied this cherished bit, and with the support of the unethical team, it got”confused” with a broken bag on the paperwork, and nobody is accepting responsibility for this calamity of mistakes! It’s not as they state on their site… the client’s satisfaction isn’t important! They are a”charter firm” of Allied, however they require a refresher class in keeping tract of your valuables… and doing the ideal Thing!

    Movers

My husband had been relocated to Chicago, along with his establishment supply him with the title of some few moving companies to assist us transfer from Miami to Chicago. Among the suggested movers was Reebie Allied and because the day we contacted them we had been delighted with the way that they helped us. The cost was fantastic! We proceeded on June 19, and the truck has been required to create three stops to accumulate our proceeds before going to Chicago. Frank Russell showed up the very first day with his team and they all were fantastic! It had been the very best moving experience I ever had (I moved four times previously )! They were so professional, prompt, considerate, showed excellent attention to detail. Frank and his staff packaged everything with extremely care, and also transported additional bottles of water to provide us. We’ve had outstanding communication throughout the whole movement from pickup to drop off. Frank and his team would be the BEST moving team it is possible to find. Surely will work together again and advocated them with reservation. Thank you, Frank!

Lost my couch for a month, their CEO sal is rude

We transferred us from Chicago to California. We really had a excellent experience until the very the conclusion of delivering our material into California. The in home quote was amazing, they could get us on another truck outside to California a few weeks later and our client support coordinator was a really responsive emailer. They had three superb effective men move out us in Chicago, they have been amazing in addition to our men in California bringing in. The massive hiccup -that they left our sofa in Chicago (it never left the warehouse) and did not tell us this until proceed daily (even though they understood two weeks ahead if they picked up our items ). We might have intended for not with a sofa if they informed us, but no we discovered on move-in day rather. When they showed up in California we informed them there was 100 measures up a massive hill and they just showed up with two men (they said it must happen to be a 4 man occupation ) so that it took far longer than it ought to have. We requested the drivers if anybody told them they had for individuals and they said”no, corporate does not care for telling us that though.” Oy. They advised us to”Call the 1800 # on Monday” to learn what happened with all the sofa, they stated they had no thought but they have known for months that they would not have it. It took them a complete week to simply return to us just to inform us that our sofa never abandoned chicago and that they would send it to us IN A MONTH. Their only consolation was providing us back $250 on a $3500 that was a joke. I wound up speaking for their sketchy CEO (Sal) since nobody would help us make our sofa faster or offer us a much better reduction or purchase us a new sofa. Sal’s sole consolation was that”they are not required by law to ship me my sofa sooner.” Umm, no duh Sal, it is called customer support, you are supposed to do it since you promised me that a ceremony you are not providing on. He had been so rude, did not understand how to speak to client and attempted to lecture me about the coverages of the moving business.

I told him I would place my true inspection onto yelp because I was very disappointed and that given my husband had been working from home full time and really needed the sofa since it was his sole spot to sit, I had been expecting that they could send me my sofa a week after or cover for me to only get a new sofa. He got very upset that I’d”article lies into yelp” and threatened to sue me! It really got funny at this stage because he definitely did not care in any way.

Frankly , they were great at first but in the end of the afternoon, a moving firm should receive all of your things there, safe and sound and punctually and they failed to deliver on this. And, it feels as though their customer service representatives have a much better feeling of how to become customer-first compared to their CEO Sal. I really don’t understand how that business operates with that person for a leader. Long story short – do not use them and remember that they also function under the”Allied” name.

    Avoid!!!

Avoid at all costs for anything out of a local relocation. The loading team was great, however, the transport and unloading crews were dreadful. The first time in 10 moves which we have needed to submit a claim for damages (I understand little things get beat up a little in a transfer ), and they chose to send me a $10 check to the price of replacing a $500 table that they ruined. This after several telephone calls, e-mails with photograph, and also a 3rd party rep coming out and telling me that the worth that I have on the table is right and the expense to fix it would be even more than substitute.

    Excellent Moving Service

This provider is a great moving service. The movers were instantaneous and courteous. They managed my things with care and EVERYTHING was sent undamaged. They even hauled items that I needed to remain. They had been thorough.I would rather for them to proceed undesirable items.then to leave something behind. Additionally, the movement was within the prior quote that has been given to me personally.

    Total Scam

I labored with Jackie to our Chicago to denver transfer. After I understood that my things could not de sent out of a 5 day window, then I told them that I needed them to package what, and then load it all into a U-Haul we leased. My quotation for this has been 4 hours, in $800+.

Moving day arrived, just two movers revealed. No more packers, nothing. Happily, I hadn’t signed the deal together so that I told the movers I deny support and to please leave. They did this and were really considerate and respectful to my spouse and I.

The quotation reveals time for packaging in addition to the materials required. Nevertheless, they did not have anything together in types of these boxes that I had been requested to cover.

I called a different neighborhood packing business and they have been ready to do this, same day, for $250 such as packaging.

This provider is a wreck and I am glad I did not sign anything with those scammers.

    Highly recommend

We utilized Reebie/Allied for our transfer from Illinois to Arizona and that I had great anxiety about the movement based on all of the horror stories I’d read about interstate movements generally. In the salesman that arrived to give us a quote to the real movers, the experience was superb! Our driver Juan (and that also helped with transferring ) was so receptive and helpful, he informed me about the afternoon that they arrived to transfer us that he’d be the sole driving to AZ and that he already knew a tentative date we might anticipate the furniture. The movers wrapped EVERYTHING so nicely, from timber tables to buffets to sofas to art work, what was wrapped with attention. Juan called me in the street and explained he’d be there the afternoon before he’d originally expected. Therefore, while we had been told we would get our furniture anytime between May 22 and May 27, we really got our furniture on May 21. Not 1 thing damaged or broken. I can not say enough about Reebie and Allied, fantastic job!

    Move to new home

After the salesman arrived at my house, he supplied a written estimated of approximately 5 hours of time with a cost of approximately $800.00. The transfer happened 9.5 hours and price was over $1400.00. When I called to voice my concern with the precision I had been told quotes can’t always be true and was just given 1 hour charge to my complete price. Last year a similar movement with same about of things was nearly $500 less.

    Reebie - poor service

Although we have finally been compensated, this encounter together with Reebie was dreadful.   Too many items came in brokenup. Along with the length of period for Reebie to locate somebody who was educated to return to our home and get the damages proved to be too long.   Furthermore, the claims procedure was frustrating.   But mainly our criticism are the number of broken items.   Many Little objects were divided, furniture chipped plus also a big curio cabinet came in entirely shattered.

    Damages...damages...no reimbursement

Reebie sales facet was quite professional. Bill Reuking made me feel at ease using the movement and answered any and all questions without any delay. The direction on the Chicago aspect was exceptional also coordinating the movement. The packing team meticulous and quite professional. The merchandise came to Seattle a couple of days before intended… much better! What might be wrong….And afterward the merchandise came from the truck….Damages, damages, damages. The products were transferred off and on four distinct trucks between Chicago and Seattle – despite being told it’d be one truck throughout the sale. The shipping team didn’t wish to inspect the stock of those 300 boxes transferred. They advised me to trust me that everything left it. I insisted that all be inventoried from the bill of lading. At that time the female motorist huffed and puffed and said they did not have time. To further dissuade me she said all furniture could unwrapped at the center of the road and introduced in without security and then proceeded to party my mattress frame and crack the headboard at the entry doorway. She turned to me and said see I told you so!I bought $100,000 worth of insurance to insure quite pricey furniture, paintings and motorcycle to ensure if something went wrong I’ll be coated full replacement value. Regrettably Reebie assert that they didn’t harm anything despite photographic proof with before and after photos showing differently. Mira from the claims division is impossible. Promises to return to you in a few days. A week after nothing. After ring and emailing a few more times she says that she wants another week!I’m now left with more than 21,000 worth of heavily damaged products which Reebie won’t repair/replace. Reebie have gone entirely silent say they’ll no more talk with me. In terms of my buddy Bill Reuking the cautious salesman – that provides me email addresses and tells me to try out somebody else. When asked for a postal address or telephone number to get these individuals directly…. silence. I need to listened to other reviews. I’ve had to offset the fee in my credit card and despite obtaining the $7900 straight back to the transfer in my bank I’ve lost $13,000 more in damaged products.  Reebie Allied perform their very best to get your small business, but as soon as they have it that they do not care. If something goes wrong they do not wish to understand you – particularly Bill Reuking. He wants you from his hands as quickly as possible. Truly disappointing.

Lack of Communication created a nightmare move

I’ve done 3 interstate movements employing federal businesses and never had a bad experience until I hired Reebie/Allied. I did my due diligence and had two other of the most important businesses come in to perform quotes. I picked Reebie since they assured me that there could be 1 driver/1 truck. This was crucial. When creating an interstate movement you desire your items moved to the truck and from the truck after to decrease the odds of damage. Occasionally they use a shuttle to bring your items to the warehouse and then have them loaded onto the18 wheeler for the large drive to your destination. They assured me I’d have the 1 truck/driver. Because I had a favorable experience will probably Allied (in a different country ) in the past, their pricing was aggressive and that I enjoyed Bill (Estimator), I moved together.

    CONTRACT
Subsequently the errors began. The Purchase of Service (contract) needed to be rewritten a few times because of errors by their end and uncertain wording of payment. These rewrites subsequently caused communication breakdowns in their team. Packers showed up a day sooner than anticipated, a firm called to schedule the construction of a cage which was taken out of the purchase but nobody told them. A hassle when you’ve got a thousand things happening, but maybe not a big deal in the scheme of things.

    MOVING DAY
A shuttle showed up. Yes, even a shuttle. What I didn’t want and was confident I wouldn’t get. Perhaps not the 18 wheeler which was going to push my possessions the 1000 miles. And it was not my driver, it was a neighborhood team. I provide the corporate office charge for taking my calls at the present time of catastrophe, however they had no excuse and there wasn’t any solution. I had no choice if I was planning to proceed that day. I needed to have the local crew load my items onto the shuttle and then take them into the warehouse to get the primary driver to load on his truck. I resolved myself into the fact and allow them to move.

    INCOMPETENT Neighborhood CREW
I began seeing a few of my furniture being loaded just half wrapped in blankets…. Leaving segments of seats, tables, etc vulnerable. I ended up needing to scrutinize every thing leaving my front door and using them re wrap a fantastic part of my furniture. I then happened to look in the truck and watched a few pieces of my furniture were really not wrapped whatsoever!!! I had been told that they ran out of blankets. Ironically , they loaded it without blankets since they rushed out. How was that not likely to be ruined!!! Once more, known as corporate office and they’d blankets shipped outside. Had to wait for 45 minutes.

    DELIVERY
By then my transfer was’red flagged’ and also the manager could take it out of there to ensure it went smoothly. She had been telling me of those distinctive measures that were being taken to make sure my possessions would arrive in great order. Just to learn from another worker that it was routine. I told her this and never heard from her again. I had been back at the hands of the planner. Currently there’s a great supervisor.

The driver was fantastic and also called me during the shipping interval to ensure me everything was on schedule. They came on the scheduled date and so were even an hour early. They were amazingly efficient, attentive, friendly and went above and beyond in helping me set up some things. Could not have asked for more.

    DAMAGES
And yes, there were damages. Two bits were beyond repair. The business was successful in solving my claim and I love that. But I can guarantee you if this group was capable and that I had my 1 truck/driver, I would not have had 5 pieces of furniture ruined!

    TWO STARS
I am giving them two stars for fixing my problems as they arose, both the motorist and delivery expertise, and solving my claim for my pride in a timely way. However, with this said, I wouldn’t suggest the provider.

    Smooth Moving Ever

My spouse and I transferred from Bartlett Illinois into Knoxville Tennessee and used Reebie Allied. During the transfer, Krystle Czerwinski has been a role model for client support encouraging and communication with us on several occasions. She solved issues and consistently reacted in a really timely manner. Because of Krystle, we’ll always suggest Rebbie Allied for many motions.

    Great Moving Company

As great as Dennis and Melvin have been (and they have been ), we could not have asked for a greater driver group than Bill & Pat Brewster–and also if/when my spouse and I have occasion to proceed, we are going to make certain to ask to them. They were all a driver team ought to be and more–professional, courteous, and wonderful sense of humor, also from proof of the rig, smart small business people. And talking of the rig, I am constantly astonished at the way the drivers can move those items from the majority of events –but equally was the greatest tractor/trailer mix I have ever seen, and also Bill had no difficulty positioning it at Mike’s apartment complex and also in our home in the conclusion of some cul-de-sac… truly impressive! In most respects, Bill & Pat would be the finest I have ever seen, and now I hope that I am around when they get”Van Foreman of the Year” honors; I am confident that it will happen sooner or later. Anyhow, thank you again. When there’s anything I can actually do to return the favor, then please do not be afraid to request. P.S. I must mention, also, that Dionne was quite nice and accommodating too; appears you’ve got a fantastic team all about at Reebie.

    Chicago move to the suburbs

My law office recently relocated from Chicago to Naperville, IL. After calling and receiving estimates from at least three additional moving companies, rather than being satisfied with each of the convoluted pricing programs, lack of instant response and inflated quotes, I watched an undercover Van on the street. We predicted Reebie Allied and it was a superb experience from the very first phone call. Rich Licata gave us a superb fair quote and every query along the way obtained a prompt reaction. Over the move the afternoon, the Crew were professional, efficient and incredibly friendly. I would strongly suggest Reebie for almost any size move, whether residential or commercial. They definitely made shifting feel and look easy!
