I won’t ever use another moving business again. RMC is the very best from begin to finish. They have been super professional and responsive during the process of obtaining a quotation, getting my questions answered, and scheduling my own transfer. And the afternoon of has been much better. Alex and his staff were full specialists. They’re more efficient, considerate, and incredibly careful with my belongings. Alex provided materials and suggestions to ensure everything remained clean and protected during the transfer and on birth. If you are in RMC’s service area, do not use anybody else!

This is absolutely the best firm in Los Angeles! I phoned them at a brief notice and they could adapt my final minute move. They wrapped everything very wall, therefore no damages in any respect! Highly recommended

*BEWARE* RUN far away from this location and don’t trust them with some of your things. They repeatedly dropped my furniture that caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of their harm. The two movers dropped my dresser by the rear of the truck (the neighbors would be my opinion and will probably be in court) and this just took just two big chunks of timber from the framework of this dresser. Exactly the same occurred to my headboard. Speaking of neighbors, they struck their car with all the moving truck and took off their paychecks – they then whined about it and said it was not any big deal as they have insurance! They took my brand-new couch and put it on the road in dirt for half an hour. It had been steam cleaned two weeks earlier. Please see the attached pics. Thus, what are you really going to do about that you ask? Nothing. They offered me $50, laughed about me submitting a report with the BBB, and they’re not likely to fix any of the harm. They stated I waived my rights once I signed their records. The”owner” or senior administration really called me this afternoon and explained my testimonials and also report will do nothing whatsoever. Men, I can’t stress enough how dreadful this provider is. Go with another firm even in the event that you need to invest more because they will ruin your things and it’ll wind up costing far more in the long term.
