Nation Broad is easily the worst company I’ve ever handled. After spending almost an hour on the telephone using an”estimator,” moving room by room, item by item, closet by closet, I had been provided a quote for my own cross-country movement. We clarified the way my family could pack up some of their house and allow their movers do the remainder. None of this mattered.

Moving day came along with a two-man team shows up to package and transfer an 1800 in-house house. We all said and done, the”quote” was off by over 40 percent – and our house isn’t cluttered. Being away by 10 percent is clear. A 40% gap is either dishonest or incompetent. With this business, it’s both. It was apparent that the”estimator” was only a salesman wanting my deposit and then understood I’d be stuck together all come moving day. Classic bait and switch, along with your house held hostage. The workers who packaged and moved our possessions advised us that they do so to almost every customer.

The nightmare persists. As soon as they have your own stuff, very good luck getting ahold of somebody. Following a couple weeks, a person phoned me to describe storage would likewise be 40 percent more costly than initially estimated/quoted. As soon as I called to find basic info and know my choices, all extensions have been sent into”Robert” who neglected to return one telephone over the span of 3 weeks. I eventually insisted on obtaining an immediate number into a warehouse worker simply to determine where my home was.

Now, I didn’t anticipate this business to store or manage my possessions for a second more. So I advised instant delivery into a nearby storage business. I’ll finally need to pay another firm to transfer us to our new house, but it’s well worth it to never need to manage this business ever again. They claim to become a household — I guess some households are scam artists.

Terrible communication after they picked up my items. Price shifted by 300 involving my first contract along with the motorist’s pickup. . Bad communication about shipping date…I needed to begin calls, also left messages. They then’needed’ an extra $150 to rent a small truck; and shuttle my items because they didn’t believe the major truck might escape our parking lot. . .even although the driver consented he might get in (and satellite picture showed lots of distance ), but he had been reluctant to back outside and didn’t believe there was still space to turn about!!!! There were two men to load. . .only you to float, so that my husband had to help! Boxes and plastic bins have been broken and smashed. This wasn’t the support I anticipated…I’d NEVER use this company to get a space transfer!
