    Moving

Not very happy at all with this provider. Misquoted concerning the Price Tag. A number of my possessions were ruined. The business settled, but far underpriced for a bit of furniture I have needed for 26 decades. They lack professionalism and responsibility.

    Relocation form Boston to Dallas

We’ve completed several revocations previously – that one was by far worst of whatever we’ve ever seen. Apart from becoming overcharged on Lots of half complete boxes, we’d damages near $5000 per our quotes and nothing else has been paid
Everything in your logistics to this caliber has been seriously coordinated

    Long-distance move from New Jersey
July 2016 move from NJ to CO

I used this company to get a transfer from NJ to Colorado July 2016. I’m not a satisfied client. The guys that drove the truck and delivered in my destination were impolite and in a hurry. They didn’t allow for any leadership when unloading. Things were just put where the felt just like putting them. I’d roughly $7000K value of broken personal items from bad packing from the trucks and evident mishandling. 1 thing was my Waterford chandelier I requested the packaging team to securely package it thinking they had the particular box for packaging a chandelier. Largest error. It had been so badly packaged that components were ruined. It had been placed in a box which was too little and simply wrapped with bubble wrap. No packaging around it. Regarding revenue: The”quote” was 1/3 exactly what the true cost was. INSURANCE: The sales folks advised me I did not to take extra insurance and that their fundamental coverage could be satisfactory. Huge huge error. I understand now why they did so. To save on asserts. I had been provided $325.00 for the $7000K in damages determined on me a signing a discharge I wouldn’t post negative remarks or document any complaints. I dropped their $325.00 and that I mean to warn others about the poor support. If for any reason you do choose to use them anyhow, I recommend you insure your possessions for the most amount as things will be ruined and ruined and they do not care. My liberty to warn others is well worth the $325 they provided me in reimbursement. No thank you!!!!

Horrible Movers. And a lot more money than they quote

Everything begins with Pamela (pamela@ctc-relo.com) She explained she had been the very best and was doing so for ages. After giving her my advice and what I needed to move, she was good. A couple of adjustments based on which I wished to proceed and what I didn’t we developed a last tally. I’d my Money Order in hand the day that the movers came and all was great. I thought, good, all of the bad reviews were incorrect I’d be OK. The men that picked everything up were rather great all picked up and about the truck in about 45 minutes. Rather than this $919.00 I was likely to pay (919 x two ) it was to be $919.00 to them and now $1564.00 on shipping fine small $645 upcharge (I must get in the moving company ). They also said I’d get 24 to 48 hours notice before they got to my new location. Well, I get a call about 3:30 in the afternoon now (6/28/2016) stating they’d be at my location between 7-8 pm. I hurried home and got here about 6:30 pm when I didn’t hear from motorist in 8:10 pm I text him and inquired about his ETA, he phoned me back and stated he’d be here at 7am the following day. I advised him I cannot be here after 8:30 in the am as I have an all day meeting from 9-5 pm and can’t miss it. So at this time, iam currently paying a whole lot more and not getting a suitable note and being inconvienienced and that I hope that they get here early enough I can make to perform my new job, I’m extremely frustrated. So, the men show up, can’t talk (russian or even ukraine) assert they can’t park on the road (like any moving business will ) then move to add more money to my invoice. This movement cost me $1019.68 greater than my quote. My $919 dollar postal money order for your fall off was be $1564 and then the motorists transferring my furniture charged me another $375 money in addition to that since they said the walk was too much (see above about not needing to park in the front of this bldg.), in addition, the drivers didn’t look really happy that I had postal money order (such as that I had been advised to buy from Pamela), the motorist Soleh, stated oh ok I enjoy money. I stated the people that packaged me said to acquire postal money orders. Therefore, in brief, my $2232.87 moving quote cost me $3252.55 that is $1019.68 more.

Do NOT use this moving company!

For your own sanity, then use a different inspector! That can be a HORRIBLE company to use and should you have the extreme hardship of coping using SAMANTHA, please inquire how she sleeps at night screwing within one mother that produces less than $2k/month. She ENSURED us all (everything! ) ) Was contained in the quotation (halls, packaging, tolls, etc). An extra $1500+ afterwards, a week later when they told me they’d send and the complete inability to speak to anybody who had any direction experience left us at a horrible bind. This business is a scam and that I don’t understand how they stay in business. They are amazingly tricky to get in contact with when desired and since they contract their services out , they have no control. They billed us for 30 bits of tape to get a 2-bedroom NYC apartment. Each box has been already taped closed and we just used 5 bits of tape. Save yourself a hassle and a pocket squeeze and employ a trusted business.

    Long-distance move from New Jersey
    Worst experience

Working together with coast to shore movement started off quite good with Samantha then everything went downhill from there, they picked up our furniture on reserved date drivers/movers were professional and friendly they left an extra cost of 75.00 for walking 20′ perhaps then what was supposed to be liberated packaging the truck billed an additional 150.00 for blankets and tie downs tape and shrink wrap already had dishes etc packed so that they simply had furniture so not real happy but okay. Then needed to call with a destination address took me a week of calling regular delicately obtained through, but could not give me a shipping date abandoned messages everyday for two weeks eventually someone called my son and said 3-4 days around the 4th day we began calling again haven’t heard from motorist, late night on the 4th day that the motorist called said he’d be there between 12-2 in 3pm we began calling and leaving messages eventually got through to the motorist said he had been 30min out so that we waited ultimately shows up 3:45 using 18 wheeler which matches said I can not delivery we want smaller truck to get further 300.00 and could return in two hours 4 hours later they appear at a 19.99 daily u-haul start unloading and also the are crazy with all the furniture thoughts you not much be that they place chips at the doorway since they 1 guy rather than two place dents in the wall shattered the mattress when shooting off the packing afterward as they’re unpacking basically shrink wrap and tape and a couple of boxes that they depart and then leave the mess shot me along with my son two hours to clean up the garbage they left. And it is 10:30pm on a sunday and he beginning a new job on monday discuss trying and the movers that they shipped were really filthy and smelly should not they have some sort of dress code. So my movers improved my quotation by 600.00 bucks by they time it had been completed

    Long-distance move from North Carolina
As they say in many other reviews...Stay Away!!!

So it began as a retirement in the army move in NC to La.. Samantha was lively and ready to go the additional mile, or so I believed. After listing all the significant things and understood box counts, the quotation was comparatively low of 2400.00. It escalated on moving day once the team boss came in and explained it’d be more than twice that sum, so I called the office and talked with a supervisor, their answer was to move ahead and load the truck to find the authentic cubic footage, convinced now they have all of your things hostage on the vehicle, and will call back as soon as they get it figured out using a repack. It still ended up costing us about 5100.00 following their so called military reduction and repack. They eventually appear 2 weeks after packaging and we locate damages to our own stuff and some of the apparel size boxes just half filled with things. This company should shut its doors and allow the professional moving companies function.

    Coast to Coast Relocation, LLC

Don’t use this moving business!! They are completely horrible. The give low quotes & wind up charging you twice check. They steal your possessions and send the boxes empty so that you do not realize you are missing anything till they have been gone. They don’t deliver when they guarantee. They kept my possessions for 24 days. They sent them a whole 11 days when they guaranteed delivery. When they eventually came they refused to float with no paid a great deal more than was anticipated. They actually asked money and refused to float till they had been compensated.

    Long-distance move from New York
    Worst movers ever

Inspection of move in New York to Washington state in summertime.

Do not ever book with Coast to Coast. I saw the terrible reviews, but the sales people will force you to purchase the snake oil.
The sales force would create numerous promises (I’d read the reviews and had been worried about the further fees and policies along with also the sales rep made lots of claims and also wrote down several waivers into the additional fees ). They always will highlight that they’re family company and therefore are not agents but these are all lies. They’re most likely the only ones that aren’t rude and are fine on the telephone.

My moving date has been set for a Monday with a copy date of Tuesday. I had been told I would find a telephone call 1 day prior to the move to verify. They called me at 4:30 pm on Sunday (obviously, I missed their phone after waiting all day). I attempted to call back at about ~5:20 and their office was already closed. Ok, but what about the backup date? The man on the phone said that they require at least 48 hours and Wednesday are the oldest. He was also incredibly rude on the telephone. An example”you’ll discover another moving firm sir, but you also know you won’t find one right now”.

The day of the transfer, both movers along with a motorist came with a regular moving truck. They’ve crazy policies on which they won’t require without additional fees. I needed to leave 3 parts of furniture behind because they were deemed to be to delicate as well as the movers needed $75-150 additional per slice to wrap the furniture up. They also billed $75 additional to repack a TV which I had already packed since that’s their coverage. Obviously, the movers don’t write any of the down to the reception and won’t even in the event that you prompt them.

They take all of your things to their own warehouse in NJ till they can get enough people to fill out a truck to where you move to. The sales rep promised me that during the summertime , they have a lot of folks moving to Washington and they generally have a truck moving out each week. The contract says around 21 days for the stuff to be sent, however, the sales man said and guaranteed that has been only to account for the slow time and because I’m moving to one of those large cities around the west shore, they ought to be able to get my things there within 3-5 days of when I need it delivered. My things were picked up at the end of June and that I needed my own things delivered in the past week of July. Obviously, the dispatcher calls me on holiday and says he could drop of my things during the next week of July-he gave me a 6 day pub at which I could get my things or that I would need to wait around for mid August. Arguing is not any assistance and the dispatch man on the telephone will probably be impolite and will ensure it is clear that he does not care.

The movers called me the day before the final day of this window to support and now wanted $400 to get a smaller shuttle to deliver my things into town. My contract had the fee written as $350. The movers had a different contract (that I e-signed a contract I had a backup off) along with my touch. Thank god I saved a backup! We needed to phone the customer support rep throughout the transfer for the $50 back. I also had to contend with client support to honor the written contract which said elevator charges could be waived.
The two movers which came were clearly local builders working with a number of businesses.

The men got my items fast into the flat, but it was then I discovered each bit of furniture I’d moved was damaged or broken. The business also appears to perform some extra disassembly in their warehouse even after they pick up your own stuff. This became an issue since the men that came had no clue how to place some of their furniture back together. I strove to keep on eye on things, but since I had been picking up what the following day, I discovered about 10-12 nuts and screws that I don’t have any idea where they belong. Fortunately they already broke the furniture, so I think I do not need to think about sitting down and breaking it. The shifting boxes (I used all new boxes) came with a great deal of harm, tears, and also a few were falling apart.

The movers have frustrated that they don’t understand how to put things together and because they have other tasks, they gathered their charges and additional fees (cash or postal money order only) and conducted. They informed me I needed to get in touch with the company for settlement.

I called the company and got a few for asserts. I send the promises man a description and images of all of the damages. He’s most likely the rudest man I have talked to in dealing with this firm. He advised ask me”what else would you anticipate moving across the nation?” I thought the purpose of giving them so much cash was supposed to receive my things here safely. He also will attribute the damages in your own furniture, accusing it of being cheap Chinese materials and the transferring boxes of being insufficient. Basically deflecting attribute; it is not their fault, it is yours.

For roughly $1500 worth of damage such as the TV I paid them $75 additional to package, they were eager to provide me 175 of reimbursement.

I would never recommend this company to anybody. They do look more economical in the start but I ended up paying $800 over my initial quote and the strain was simply not worthwhile.

    Worst company ever!

Don’t utilize Coast to Coast Relocation or you may regret your choice like myself.  They’re a set of dishonest individuals. Don’t think what your rep states. It is a lie. I used this company for my cross country moving from MA to CA in ancient Jul.. My sales rep was Samantha, that seemed extremely nice and was really beneficial. But that stopped when I paid a security deposit. In reality, she’s only barefaced liar!!

When I asked her to get a quote, I told me that my thing list wasn’t finalized. She stated”I will upgrade your product list in the future. I will make a new quote and you’re going to cancel the old one and also re-sign an upgraded arrangement!” But when I asked her to upgrade my thing list in the future, she explained that she wasn’t permitted to alter the quote once I have made a contract with the business. I wound up paying $1300 greater than the initial estimate.

She also told me that I could fasten my truck by paying a safety deposit. She stated”if your moving date goes, your truck also moves with you.” In fact, I got a telephone call in their dispatch department daily before my primary shifting date and that I had been told”tomorrow does not work for one more household near you so we will do it the day after tomorrow.” Evidently, they program numerous pickups employing exactly the exact same truck! And then I got another telephone call on the very day that they advised me to pick my stuff up. They stated”Our motorist suddenly got ill and educated about the way to your flat. Can you proceed your moving date to tomorrow?” Alright, even though the driver gets ill and sick, they need to have delegated a backup motorist!

And finally, Samantha told me that my things would arrive at CA in 7-10 days. I specifically asked her if it is 10 business days or 10 calendar days. She said”It is calendar days. Our trucks now move 500 miles every day. (MA to CA is roughly 3000 miles.)” However, what really happened to me personally is that they picked up my things in MA and hauled it to their own warehouse in NJ. They kept my things there for 12 days (Yes, you have the right, TWELVE DAYS!) Till they discovered a different inspector who might send them to CA. I think that they offered my contract to another mover for slightly less than that which I owe them.  The brand new inspector re-loaded my things in their truck in NJ and send them to my brand new apartment in CA. It took 18 calendar days for me to get my things. Since they piled up as many boxes as you can to conserve room and they loaded and unloaded my things twice, a number of my boxes have been crushed and ruined.

In general, my experience is all but a nightmare. When the issues arose, Samantha was not helpful in any way. Don’t utilize Coast to Coast Relocation, particularly to the long distance moving! Many favorable reviews you may find online are imitation!

    Long-distance move from Georgia
    Aweful-Stay Far Away

We now got a Binding to not Exceed quote going from GA to OK. The movers arrived the day assured and Alex, the foreman began talking about how large our belongings was. We shipped Michael the sales rep an itemized sheet together with dimensions. The guys doing the actual loading were fantastic, no complaints together.
Alex told us we had $590 bucks in tape usage! They wrap your furniture but you need to cover the tape and they use alot! Subsequently Alex told us what won’t fit on the vehicle. We needed to shake the remainder in our automobiles. After the truck had been loaded Alex told me we needed to pay $3300 more we contended with him but truck was loaded. We called business and obtained $500 off.
We felt as though we had been scammed with paying a lot for tape and Alex had been swindling the whole time. When the truck came to unload it had roughly 10 feet more distance, same truck only reloaded. It was a stressful, dreadful experience and I’d each box marked, numbered and written down. If you buy a binding to not transcend quote it’ll increase a couple thousand dollars you’ll have to pay with money or they won’t unload your belongings and you won’t receive your things delivered.
They had us over a barrel but we paid the excess cash and got our things. We also had a few overlooking items.
The workplace won’t ever answer your requirements either and if they do will let you know exactly what you would like to listen not the reality.
Do yourself a favor and don’t USE this moving business!

    Find an alternative

It’s a sham. The agent’s selling point has been that these men aren’t agents but possess their own trucks. Allow Me to provide my comprehensive experience

5/16- I speak to a rep named Alex and what goes well. He supplies me a quote. The Purchase Price seems fair and we proceed with a Strategy

5/26-6/5 – I maintain emailing so-called Alex with no answers at all to confirm that my transfer date. Finally I receive a response after a number of calls and emails for affirmation date of 6/27 plus a copy date of 6/26.

6/25 -5pm – I receive a call in the movers saying that they would be in my location at 10am. I ask and say that my favorite date was

6/27 and it’s unfair to modify my preferred date in this short notice because I’m a medication resident and cannot locate a backup policy at this notice. The Agency says rudely – I don’t care. I am in a position to contact Alex around 6/25 and that he says he’d attempt for 6/27, or even then they’d shoot for 6/28. I consent for this and ask once more to get a telephone sooner throughout the day to get confirmation of this Moment

6/26 – The Agency calls and says – Monday -6/ / 27 is not any great and they Wouldn’t make it

6/27 -5 pm – The Agency guy calls and says they’d come in at 2pm. I concur and everything seems great.

6/27 – 10 pm – The Agency man calls and says they’d come in at 10 am following morning. I’m at a loss of words at this time. I begin explaining to him how I cannot leave my job at a hospital in this short notice like I already have policy support for two pm after the first talk. Now HE HAS THE NERVE TO SAY – I TALKED TO YOU 1 HOUR AGO. Losing my patience I tell him to not lie and that he says I don’t care about your relocation and discover another inspector – 1 DAY BEFORE MY MOVE HE TELLS ME TO FIND ANOTHER MOVER. Efforts at phoning and emailing so-called ALEX do not assist at this time. Frantically I arrange to get other movers with 3 times the price. 1 week after I’m called with these folks describing my sharing and move my beautiful feedback.
1 ADVICE PEOPLE – STAY AWAY FOR LONG HAUL MOVES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

    Amazing job moving me!!

I’ve begun to anticipate a lackluster job in the moving businesses despite their guarantees and assumed standing. But shore to shore relocation actually shocked my system by becoming more efficient. They really excelled in all facets of relocation. They quoted inexpensively, the movers came on time and not one of my valuables suffered any harm while being transferred. This type of functionality is indeed rare in this enterprise. These guys are the dumbest in USA or the term”honesty” actually means something to them.

    Stay Away

Allow me to begin with the favorable. The men who really functioned, the movers, were amazing! I wish I could recall all of their titles, but because there were 6 I can not. Regrettably I don’t possess their private company names either.

That having been said, the remainder of the encounter was terrible beginning the day that the movers were to arrive. They did not get there till 8pm, and left around 1130pm. We had originally been told it’d be involving 12-2, then after I CALLED them, they stated it’d be 5-6. 6 came and went, so I contacted that I could where I had been told that they had been working for them there but they’d scheduled 15 pickups in 1 afternoon, so that they had been”working the very best that they could” for the. First off, LOGICALLY, that will not make sense. Our movement of just a 1 individual apartment required 3.5 hours. I am pretty good at mathematics and in only an hour every day, not even including travel between select ups, there is not enough time in the day!!

The total cost was more than originally quoted. To quote their email “. . .Binding Not To Exceed Quotation. Bearing in mind this cost
Is worst case situation, it will have the possibility of moving down radically. I look forward to working together and making this a”Stress Free” move.” What a lot of lies. Everything was cited to the organization and specifics were given on the dimensions too. It was DEFINITELY NOT worry free either.

The material came about 5 days afterwards, which was fine, except I had been told that it would be coming the following day, early in the afternoon. Come to learn, they’d mixed up our shipping with the other in the region. . .surprise, surprise. This was unbelievably inconveniencing since it was a vacation also, and we had been told that they did not work on vacations too. The shipping was fast and painless.

Don’t use this business! Start looking for a business which really uses their own gear or something. They are not worth the”low cost”.

    Horrible!

The entire price was nearly 3K longer than the initial quote. They came five days later than we initially discusses THEN. . Everything has been busted. Nearly every bit of our furniture has been broken or chipped. Art smashed, dishes smashed. They transferred all of our stuff in the first truck into a warehouse, then back into a different truck. It has turned into a nightmare. We’ve got 30 days to submit a claim and that I can not get anyone to return my calls.

    Never again

When the agent Samantha phoned me she sold me on the way they had been the very best price out there and when somebody provided a much better deal they’d fit it. I told her what I had to attract and she said that I did not possess the minimal amount so she’d add 50 boxes to ensure it is equivalent 571 cubic feet that’s there minimal. I analyzed the contract and what I mentioned was on the market and that I signed it. She said it would take 3 weeks to my items to get out of PA to FL. When the movers arrived I had been the very first pickup and they proceeded to inform me that my belongings took up 750 cubic feet and it’d be and additional $590 that was the all on the contract and only 15 boxes. I contacted Samantha immediately off and she informed me that was wrong and she’d talk to her boss and send me a new contract. Samantha didn’t phone back she emailed me to inform me that her boss would phone me back the exact same day. She said she’d be accessible by telephone or email any time. I phoned and emailed multiple occasions she never contacted me. I wound up calling dispatch and the manager Chris reported that what she said was a quotation and he’d look to it. Days went by without a telephone call. I phoned again at this stage and that he ended up hanging up on me since he did not enjoy my frustration. In addition, he told me he did not know where I got that my items would be sent in 3 times since its 7 to 10 days. My fiance afterward spoke with him once he hung up on me and he also informed me that they made a mistake and could take off some money but we still ended up paying and additional $277 bucks. They also charged us $100 additional for 20 rolls of tape since they taped the blankets on our material. Samantha never told us some of the. Our materials sat at warehouse and we had no clue until we predicted 3 times after it had been picked up. It was a dreadful experience and his only comment was that this really is there busy year so that it occurs. He understands moving is bothersome. I hired movers thus moving wouldn’t be a hassle that it should not have been. The movers arrived and broke off two knobs my dresser and my amusement centre was moist and the timber was warped. My boxes were smashed and re taped. A few were moist. You’re better off using a nationwide well-known business. This business should retrain their employees and all get on precisely the exact same page, not guarantee people things they can not deliver on. Also find out how to communicate with their clients better. I won’t recommend this organization and I’ll warn folks about them. In addition to contact the better business bureau as this is a scam of a household moving moving business.

    Stay far, far away

I hired Coast to Coast (WWW.CTC-RELO.COM) according to a dollar amount which was calculated using an whole collection of my possessions in addition to the CSA/Sales persons note that she set a slew of boxes on there for me. Estimate $1600.

I knew that would not be the last number, particularly since other quotations have been in the3-4k selection. She spoke a great deal about being a family business and they loved to go above and beyond for their clients. I discovered a few poor reviews but many, many positive ones so that I hired them.

When the movers came they said that I had more than they anticipated. She’d put that I’d 15 boxes. Actually I’d 100 that to me is a lot. 15 isn’t. He explained it’d be more. Like from the 3200-3600 range.

Ok, I stated to load this up and I shall take care of the excess cost. They’d just sent a partial truck since it had other people possessions inside. They stuffed the remainder of the truck and place everything else in the garage using a winched rope round it.

I was told that the next truck could come tomorrow and that they would allow me to know when.

Then came the invoice. . .almost 10k, yes you read that right. Ten million dollars versus 1600. What should you do then? They’ve all of your stuff on a vehicle and if you let them forget it, everything is going to be dumped in your own driveway with no maintenance in any way. They’ve you and they understand it. I gulped and said yes and began scrambling for cash for the test that I just wrote because they simply accept credit cards for your deposit.

Sunday the motorist simply showed up, no texts or call. We all just going to give up since it had been 6PM. The load in was unremarkable.

Late Wednesday we received a telephone that our items could be sent tomorrow afternoon and we needed to have another half of money or PO money orders. Nothing else. They really, really, REALLY stressed money which made me go get the cash orders to get a receipt.

The load out was unremarkable but for the complaints of having to carry 5 items upstairs.

When they were finished we signed everything and they moved back into folding blankets and picking up garbage. We said our goodbyes because we had so many different things to do.I must have known better. I awakened to a text out of my brand new landlord with an image of all their garbage in my own driveway.

So in the long run , I paid 10k as it was presumed to function as 1600, I’ve punctured boxes and squished things and NOW I need to go and pick up their garbage and expect my landlord will forgive me.

Photographs are offered below. You are able to observe the garbage in the rear of the truck and then within my driveway so that it had been an on-purpose action of transferring items from the vehicle and projecting it in the drive. Awful firm, stay away from all costs.

    Long-distance move from Massachusetts
One of the MOST HORRIBLE Experiences

I’ve lived in seven states across the usa and this is the 2nd worst encounter I have had with a moving business. Coast to Coast Relocation transferred me in my flat in Boston, MA on January 14, 2016. The sales rep offered me significantly less than half of what I paid at the finish. When they sent my possessions on January 30, they had been a day late and a few of my possessions were destroyed or damaged. They broke two of the 6 dining room chairs, shattered vinyl storage footlockers and containers, and also punctured holes in my personal leather mattress. If they reassembled the mattress , they did it backward and the mattress dropped after they abandoned. I finished the insurance coverage but the business is just giving me $175 saying that my dispatch was just 208 lbs. Seriously?! I moved almost all of my possessions and that I lived in a totally furnished 2BR apartment. There were over 70 items labeled with clothing, restaurants, wine, shoes, bedding, sectional, futon, queen sized bed, double dresser, two nightstands, 3 tvsplus a dining room table with 6 oversize seats, two barstools, entertainment unit, etc.. Their calculation of this poundage doesn’t include this up, particularly considering that I paid them over $5000. The reimbursement that they are providing isn’t even close to decent. I don’t expect whole price but I believe Coast to Coast has been doubtful about the poundage. And of course a plumber with great customer support would require responsibility and attempt to come to an arrangement. I contacted them a few times without a response. Eventually had to undergo Transferring Claim.net however their contract together was recently resumed.

    Move done well

The coasttocoast relocation group was fantastic from begin to finish….my sales man was so prompt with returning each and each of my calls before and after the transfer date. I needed to change my dates of pickup several occasions and she had been more than accommodating because of that. One the day of the transfer that the foreman Chris along with his three employees were on time and completed their job in 2 hours and that I was very pleased. I know that moving will take a toll on individuals but they appeared to wrap up things in such a fast way I was stunned. We implemented my movement and found out that I forgot a few things in my house and they really had to charge me longer but I had been understanding, but also the solutions were worth the additional cash at the conclusion of this day.On daily my stuff was about to arrive at the movers called and informed me they’d be postponed so my stuff didn’t arrive in time, I was bummed but if my stuffs came they unloaded everything and then I was happy.I give coasttocoast move 5 stars for great move.

    Added Charges

I needed to cover an extra 50 percent over the quotation for 2 reasons. To begin with, once the movers came, they immediately advised that the cubic footage employed in the quotation will probably be inadequate. Despite the reality which I supplied an exact inventory and dimensions for big products. As soon as they wealthy, they advised me that the CuF was 35 percent more than quoted. Regardless of how the business rep explained her quote has been”conservative” and that I just used 50 percent of those boxes to that was not eligible.

After the load came at FL, I was told that the truck couldn’t park in front of the house due to overhanging trees. They brought me an extra $400 to transport bits an extra 50 ft across a residential road with little to no visitors.

A traditional UPSELL – ripoff. I was convinced by my representative on the telephone, if I was initially told by means of this CuF issue, that I would be considered to get a reduction and shouldn’t worry. The business has refused to reply my mails within this respect.

Option – step every product. Receive a firm quote without a add-ons regardless. There’s a reason you’ll find far more ripoffs websites for moving businesses than any other support.

    Smooth move

Coast to shore is the very best I believe. My husband phoned obtained a fast quote and several days after there is movers knocking on my door. It was good to have fine folks moving my items and that I trusted that my possessions would be managed care. That was my main worry since I’ve a lot of my mum items away back. They were so professional and considerate and only made me feel at ease. Thank you for the wonderful service men!

    Great from start to finish

My salesman contacted me immediately of the afternoon I had made a question online filled with advice about my move. He made sure to discuss each step of the movement and also offered to have a professional come out to my house and perform the quote. I reside within 20 minutes but’m out of town rather often for work thus preparing a time was almost hopeless, but they certainly did followup in attempting to be certain I was happy. My move was that the next week so of course I had been anxious to the max. The hustle and bustle of proceeding is outside trying so I had been running around like a crazy man trying to get everything situated. I’ll be very frank, if it were not for him I would not have managed to swing this movement by myself. So lets quickly forward to the transfer date: The movers didn’t appear an hour late but I had been totally understanding due to the weather conditions, believing we’d all of this snow late in the season and it came from nowhere I can know that is the reason why I’m still giving and superb evaluation. The came in and began to disassemble all of my furniture straight away, they did it with fantastic care and respect for the most part but not everybody is ideal, the 1 man was not so tender but afterwards coaxing him he ceased. They loaded everything up in a fairly time-consuming manner and also made sure to mat wrapping with caution I’ll give them that. At shipping my things were in precisely the exact same state and I was amazed to say that everything was there once I unpacked, believing my things were on the truck using some different families I had been expecting things to be spat about and overlooking but to my surprise I unpacked the last box tonight so that is why I’m writing this review! Just wanted to take some opportunity to provide this organization and A and for the fantastic job… Overall was a decent movement!

    Thank you

I’m never making the mistake of employing a inexpensive organization to maneuver my stuffs again. I didn’t believe how far it would really cost me to transfer my stuffs. Therefore, I was trying to find a sweet thing. I got one using a moving company who promised to appear in time. On the afternoon of the movement, they simply didn’t appear. Nobody took my calls and I’d no other method of accomplishing them. I got so disappointed. I then phoned Coast to shore move for instant assistance. It is among the top moving companies. So I would not dare to believe they’d be economical. They were not cheap, but not ridiculously expensive either. The fantastic thing was that they discharged some movers straight away who came and helped me with all the move. I guess you are able to move stress-free, should you employ Coast to shore movement that’s.

    Reference did not check out

They called me to some mention on my petition and when I phoned him it was apparent that he was set up for a reference and whined. He obtained the transfer date incorrect by weeks, among other information he responded incorrectly.
