Don’t and I repeat don’t use this company for any reason. Please proceed with another person. They broke a marble table at the transfer and for weeks I’ve attempted to get in contact with a person. The telephone was answered the very first time that I phoned and Christy P asked the size of this marble and explained she’d let her boss know. She’s not answered or returned my phone calls because. I predicted last Friday each half an hour on the hour, without a reply. Please don’t use them for almost any reason. Very unprofessional.

CHRISTY P is just one of the most egregious agents I have ever encountered in my entire life. I️ really don’t understand why and who you’ve got this idiot representing you men, since she’s attempting to con people out of cash. She needed and was prepared to get was my charge card info that thank god I️ was not keen to provide. Hung up the phone since when asked when we can verbally discuss pricing and contested their integrity for a business since she would not discuss pricing with me on the telephone. Don’t Use A COMPANY WHO IS NOT UPFRONT ABOUT EVERYTHING, you men are a scam.

Do not every use this organization. They’re frauds. They’ll ruin your possessions and charge for this. Their customer support is non-existent. They then left furniture obstructing my upstairs hallway once I would not consent to pay them extra money. I use to use for this business for a Driver/Mover along with the more of the firm”Dainius” is really a FAT Scumbag! I was manipulated by him psychically and forced me overcharge costumers!!! They charge a hour journey time witch isn’t said in your quotation, he left me lie to the costumer’s so only I can maintain my job. Also there’s 2 hour minimum plus one hour traveling time so regardless of how much time it takes or how much you guys are going you may always wind up paying 285 only for 2 hour plus they cost inclusion $95 per hour. The proprietor never let’s unload the vehicle prior to payment is made, which you can’t the length of time will require, which means you’ve got to control costumer’s and then if unload takes significantly less time you’ll be blessed if you receive a repay. As well as their costumer service stinks I mean there’s not any Costumer Service there’s a man named”Kristy” and she’s he is daughter and she’ll attempt to bill as far as she’s for each and every thing. I used this company for a transfer in southern MD.. . Less than a 3 block radius. Before the move that they sent my spouse an ESTIMATE not a contract which said the information offered to us was predicated on a 3 hours time period NOT a three hour minimum. The products were pre-packed and ready for the movers when they came. From begin to finish it required them (3 guys ) possibly 1 hour- 1 hour 15min shirts! The salesperson Christy attempted to bill me for 3 hours. She said”oh the email I sent does not say at least 3 three hours but thats exactly what I intended”! I needed to get the police involved since she instructed the driver to carry my possessions if I didn’t cover three hours. As stated by the movers this kind of foolishness pleasure all the time. They had been running a special at the time 3 guys $79 per hour. Do yourself a favor and go with a different provider!

Christy told us it would be 800 to package and transfer a 3-bedroom townhome locally (70 kilometers ). They delivered a little truck w/3 men who didn’t have weight tickets also said they did not have the perfect truck. We had been rescheduled and moved over precisely what we had again w/Christy, line online. When they arrived the 2nd period it was $1400 to select this up and save our items for 6 weeks. We packed all of our items ourselves. I contacted the firm on July1 and asked for a quotation to drop off our stuff and Christy stated $800, however if they dropped off it it was 1172. These movers were dreadful. They ruined my house by throwing it off my second story balcony and were so slow. It took them six hours to move my two-bedroom flat. The movers were impolite, spoke little English, smoked and required regular breaks. Once they dropped my possessions from the balcony I asked the driver about the minimum insurance coverage to the shape and he threatened me that if I didn’t sign the paperwork afterward he’d commandeer my house and continue to charge me by the hour. I had been coerced into signing the files and just hoped that they would not violate anything else. In the long run, the transfer cost me 626 because of their super slow load/unload occasions in addition to the extra $1800 in harm. These Russian men don’t speak english. My furniture has been roughed up and cracked if delivered. They spent a very long time assembling and disassembling furniture with no power tools and I am paying them from the hour. I transferred out of a 1 bedroom flat to a different 1 bedroom area aprtment 4 kilometers in the future and it took them 6 hours. They also brought an extremely compact truck so that we ended up transferring a great deal of things on our own in our vehicle. This firm is a whole wasted of cash. In addition they function under American Moving Service using numerous 1-800 numbers.
