Horrible experience. Leaving first house: they packed and unpacked truck for HOURS – my things were exhibited and laid around asphalt parking lot. They shot furniture aside. Upon arrival at destination: seriously nicked walls and baseboards. They butchered a doorway framework carrying door from the hinges. In the conclusion of the movement I found my Swiffer along with a little floor vac at the bath, they handed me the ground vac, but advised me”nah – that is our Swiffer”. They stole my Swiffer (what the hell )? They stole a complete big toolbox and resources out of another toolbox. They also struck two table lamps, a floor lamp and a clothes tree. They utilized tape to the furniture that if removed, stripped off the finish teh furniture. They had no regard for my things OR the home. They shot furniture aside, scratched it and left it shot apart. I’d a sleepnumber mattress – it had been left here all messed upa nd ends up a facet wa leaking. Happily Sleepnuer coated it under their guarantee as apparently they’d poked a hole inside or broke a seal. I hired a handyman (to perform other job too ) and compensated have furniture reassembled and doorway frame mended. The men were unprofessional, crying and cursing at each other out both homes (their behaviour was awkward and getting all of my personal items strewn about for hours was too awkward ). Many parts of furniture needed big nicks, scratches and balls of timber gouged out. Estimate was $800ish – that they attempted to bill me $1200. Instead, they STOLE a Swiffer, attempted to sneak a floor vac (actually?) And stole tools and also an whole toolbox. They broke several things and ruined the home a good deal. Owner has provided $200 in compensation to repay (what?) . Owner was told – that he came over, disputed 80 percent of everything I revealed him, todl me to work with a marker to pay up wood harm. Denied stolen things and lied multiple times.
