I usually dont post on this Website but I had a HORRIBLE experience with this business.   My wife and I moved to NC from NJ.   The sales man visited my house and offered me on how good the company Is and the Way They’ll be by my side from start to finish.   He also explained how we might also have a representative in the company to oversee the Entire packaging of the home for a little bit throughout the day.   It seemed like a Fantastic company to do business with.   Poor MOVE in my part.   The packers revealed up to my home and they had been TERRIBLE.   The chief had been impolite and treated my wife like dirt.   They were idle and treated our things like they had been carrying out the garbage.   Obviously, the very first ball was lost when we requested to get a rep to please stop by the house to see this, and not 1 man showed up.   My spouse was HORRIFIED with this entire scenario.   Management of the company could care less and the salesman did nothing to help.   Two days after the truck came to put up our things….The moving men were Fantastic.   They had been horrified by what the packers did.   I’ll say that. . .the movers repaired the problems and packaged the truck fast.   Fantastic job by them.   The truck showed up in NC a Couple of Days after.   The unpacking crew were HORRIBLE!   They had been unprofessional and used the line”not my job” constantly.   More forecasts were made to control, and again treated like no one cared.   It was a mess.   They Simply threw boxes anywhere, didnt care about where the furniture moved, bent lights onto the walls, and behaved like it was a favor to people they had been there.   The team chief couldnt think how his men were treating us and stayed a Few hours more Simply to clean up a few of their mess.   The final thing That Actually bothered me us the unpacking procedure.   Our stuff was only thrown into boxes. . .and better however, a Few of the boxes simply had newspaper or someones lunch in it.   They wasted boxes together with garbage.   I must cover for transferring crap….lucky me.   I WOULD NEVER use this company again.   My wife and I were so hurt by how we had been dismissed by management.   Im still waiting to get a call back and it is a month after.   If a sales man named Mark shows up in your door from United, shut the door and lock it!
