BEWARE – HORRIBLE, AWFUL DISHONEST SCAMMERS — 
If only it had been possible to give zero stars. The Folks at Bay Shore are COMPLETE SCAMMERS – DO NOT USE THEM! To begin with , they screwed up the transfer date. They screwed up the movement, failing to use appropriate protective material when packaging fragile things (such as, as an instance, carrying TV sets down the road unwrapped), throwing items into boxes without repainting them, packing things which didn’t belong to me and that had been especially marked to remain, and damaging the prior residence (by neglecting to fold a folding treadmill and hammering it through a glass doorway ). Despite many rounds of phonecalls and e-mails forth and back right after the movement, they refused to take any obligation. They refused to run a damage assessment and, rather, told me that if items are ruined, I’ll have six months by the time that I transfer them out of storage to create a claim for damages. Their salesman, Nick (who, it seems has since been terminated ) made an arrangement with me whereby I’d pay a particular sum upfront for Bay Shore to pack my things and transfer them into its own storage facility, then cover the balance once I move my things from storage. As soon as I contacted them lately to access a few of my items before my forthcoming wedding, they refused to let me get my items unless I pay them the complete equilibrium which isn’t due yet. Furthermore, they made professional and personal risks against me and threatened to put up my things for auction. I’m now pursuing compaints against them with the BBB, the NYS Dept of Transportation, the NYS Attorney General, LIMSA and AMSA. Don’t Use BAY SHORE – YOU’LL REGRET IT. I just wish someone had warned me.

I hired this business depending upon the evaluations online.  The experience was just the reverse of the testimonials that I read.  They weren’t professional, ruined furniture, idle (I compensated for 5 guys and two sat at an air conditioned truck daily ), cushioned the opportunity to boost prices of this transfer over quote.  Packing service was dreadful, used an excessive amount of packaging material to take distance in containers and also up the costs; over half of every box was packaging material that was completely unnecessary for the things that were mostly vinyl.  Smash delicate boxes, no maintenance taken for things.  Communication bad, just 1 of five movers spoke some English, Jose Martinez the transfer coordinator was impolite, has trouble speaking English, very bad customer services.  Matters missing in movement and Jose won’t return calls.  Will be submitting claims for broken, missing things.  Have moved several occasions, this is among the worst and least professional of all.
