1 star because 0 isn’t an alternative. . .contracted to maneuver and save large quality furniture in Denver to San Francisco. Furniture was saved for 3 decades after which”got lost”. I chased MW for 6 weeks and eventually obtained a partial shipping, all of which was ruined and/or lost bits. My men’s and women’ desk/chair combos were equally damaged beyond reasonable repair. My sofa was delivered with no cushions. All furniture was brand new/unused since the transfer was sudden. We picked MW for all these high value things due to the recommendation of a few of those merchants; we utilized a nationwide moving business for the majority of the move, segregating out these few high value items. I’ve now been pursuing MW for 6 months for settlement and’m still getting the run around. Incompetent and negligent to say the very least.

The women desk was apparently employed by the movers as a cosmetics vanity — stained with bottles, decorative residue and smelling of cologne. I notice the desk was brand new, fresh and my wife is allergic to makeup and doesn’t utilize any.

I attach photographs of my guys’s desk to demonstrate some examples of exactly what occurred to my formerly fresh and mint state desk. End fully trashed and higher end nickel hardware currently missing and replaced with machine screws.

I had a bunch of different difficulties with these people but only trying to provide a synopsis. Walking through the numerous measures in my way into a litigation that will also seek compensation.
