Our moving quote online was 1784 later we moved over every detail on the telephone. Once they arrived and loaded all of the things on the vehicle, they handed us a bill for about $5776!! They stated they bill by cubic feet, and we utilized 1600 cu ft. My husband and I quantified the truck again WITH the motorist. It had been 800 cu ft. After much debate, the driver told his supervisor, Mark Anthony. Mark advised my husband pay $2000 and he’d look after the rest, they then took away our stuff. We attempted to reason with him along with his driver even measured it with us. He reduced the whole cost from $5776 to $4884. They held that our stuff to get ransom!!! We had no option but to pay.
We registered with the NY Attorney General’s office, and We’re filing with the Federal Government. Save yourself a whole lot of heartache, frustration, headaches, and MONEY. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

I advised them to remove my possessions off the truck if this is what they were planning to try to bill me since I in NO WAY took up 1300 cubic feet from the 1600 feet truck (26 ft box truck) because there was ample room left at the truck. The earnings agent-MARK promised me he’d”call the owners & treat it & let his men get going on the visit to Florida from NC & he will look after the speed. The movers DEMANDED cash-said they needed to get money”to buy gas and food to the trip down” if the contract clearly says cash or postal money order at pickup. I reluctantly have them depart with my possessions (after paying them a complete $1300 of their $1635 binding quoted cost ). 8/3 I got a call from Mark & was told”I trust you aren’t in your way down to FL bc you can either I can cover the $2190 equilibrium or that I shall call the truck and have them place all of my possessions in storage & that I could pay $1000 CASH to learn which storage device they’re in & buy my possessions from NC.” 9 days after & several calls with attorneys & sheriffs office, my possessions were delivered in another truck. Numerous things were water damaged, torn & broken apart. In my study, I found Atlas Global is certainly not connected w/ the valid Atlas Van lines who’s credible moving firm & Atlas Global is violating multiple national trademarking laws in addition to national interstate moving legislation. My family now sitting and sleeping on the ground. While I look at them I’m so sad as my foolishness they’re affected. We must begin from scratch again.
Folks like Mark & Stepon are a cruse in this gorgeous world. A cruse to their loved ones & parents. They’re feeding their loved ones by cheating and robbing different folks, so black.
I’ve decided to not give up easily and expose those men. Do not want others in precisely the exact same soup as I’m.
