Don’t use this particular plumber! They wrecked a lot of my belongings in a very long distance move and then won’t cover some of these damages. They’re only in it for the cash and do not care whatsoever about the client or the clients furniture. Never have I seen so much harm in my entire life! It seems as though that they took a sledge hammer into my furniture whilst packaging it on the toilet! I moved through finest interstate movers and therefore don’t rely on them either because they’re only bidding it out into additional moving companies and carrying in a few thousand bucks for themselves. Repeating don’t use this business they totally suck!

The best move I’ve ever encountered we had far more things then I thought we had been going to select the business worked a wonderful deal with my spouse and I. The transfer was far less then other firm’s had quite us the team was awesome I will certainly suggest the movers to your future.

This provider is dreadful, horrible, and just poor. We’ve had them transfer us from Connecticut to Florida. We transferred three bedrooms along with a job shop, from 140 boxes sent, over 100 were destroyed and or ruined. The complete dryer has been sent on its own side, our six burner gas’s grill smashed, plasma TVs sent on its sides when obviously indicated boat up this side. The truck showed up at 5 pm after we had been informed 12 noon. 2 movers showed up rather than 4, and had I never helped unload for more than 3 hours it wouldn’t have been achieved by 1 am. I really could go on for another page. Bottom line this organization is bad. I rate it a MINUS 1. Don’t use these clowns.

Here’s the comprehensive email I sent to Greatest Interstate describing my TERRIBLE experience together and that they did absolutely nothing to cure the circumstance.

I really don’t believe there’s been a complete understanding of just how horrible my experience with your business has been and that I feel my serene approach to each one of the bad adventures I’ve had has jaded your perspective (and your businesses see ) of my circumstance. So I will spell it out under (attached is a PDF variant ):

1) Poor Communication: Once I reserved your ceremony, you could just give me a 1-week window for when the movers were coming but advised me you’d proactively notify/call me afterward the dates for birth were finalized. This never occurred. I needed to phone you daily since the window for birth narrowed until eventually (from me needing to phone you), I had been advised you could be coming the following day!

2) Shady Business Practices: After the movers were going out my items, they needed me to sign blank contracts which were likely to be full of after the actuality. There’s not any situation on Earth where anybody should do so, and I denied. This resulted in the movers threating to walk out rather than transfer my things. They really physically shook my flat and began to pack up the truck, all because I would not signal a BLANK CONTRACT!!!!! I finally had to speak them back and gave to signing the contract since you gave me another option.

3) Damaging my house : Upon moving my possessions, they broke a lamp out my door and strove to hide/fix it with PAPER CLIPS! I can not even make up this stuff. Below are images. The sole reason I did not bring up this earlier is because the landlord of the building decided to not bill me. Your movers lucked out.

4) Poor Communication: After my things were being hauled to my conclusion destination, I had been told that the movers were planning to arrive on Tuesday, April 22nd. I’d prepared my construction manager for this particular date and forced my own job preparations. On Saturday, April 20th at 3pm, I get a call stating the movers will soon be coming the following day, EASTER SUNDAY (April 21st). So rather than spending some time with my loved ones, I had been waiting for the movers to come. And in true style, they had been overdue for the period range they supplied.

5) Damage my house: After my boxes were unloaded, the state of the boxes have been in tough form to say the very least. The boxes seemed so awful, they likely would have came in better condition at the back of a busted, open-aired, flatbed, pickup truck. Moreover, the movers stained the back of my sofa too. See images below.

6) Damage my house : Due to this truly terrible manner my things were managed, my 42″ LG Smart TV was busted. View pictures.

7) Missing my things: And finally, and most importantly all, you misplaced my one-of-a-kind painting which I PAID YOU EXTRA to consume. You’ve treated this with a lackluster strategy and introduced me with a ridiculous”alternative” that does not even cover the costs already paid to transfer the merchandise. WHICH YOU LOST!

We’re officially in the 20-day mark from my movement. I’ve needed to devote the opportunity to reach you out, rather than you reaching out to me personally. I’ve essentially had to phone you every other day (that is 10 calls) to receive any type of upgrade. Between the inadequate communication, unethical business practices, miscoordination of occasions, state of my furniture and things, and losing an extremely costly thing for which you’ve provided nothing, I’ve had it. I’ve let all of this slide since all I needed was my painting again and that I could have just moved on. However, now you’re slapping me in the face with what you’re presenting and that I feel personally offended. Above is a laundry list of most egregious actions which if just one of those things occurred a client could be angry, and that I have SEVEN.

Moved from Nh into Florida. We were billed more cash then offered for pickup. Our furniture came nine days after. Our furniture has been packed into a little truck that was likewise had yet another house delivery of furniture around the truck. The truck was packaged was packaged haphazardly into the ceiling. After the opened the vehicle items were falling outside. The very first box that they unpacked was a plastic box which my moms badge which has been a cherished possession of mine. The vinyl box was in bits. The motorist callously explained to me I figure you’ve got an insurance case. Box after box I’m talking plastic heavy responsibility came out damaged and broken. The worst was yet to emerge. As soon as they pulled outside my dining room collection. The top has been broken and the seats and legs of this desk was gouged! The seats were abandoned from the rain and then in aa sexy track. The wrap was stuck into the seats. They have been black and tacky. My photos along with also my husbands tools never left it.I set in a claim to get appr 10,000 bucks. It took me weeks to shoot images, fill and print out extended maintain paperwork. I only got an email that said they’d cover 78.00. The insurer claimed they were also an”independent” celebration. I am hoping that the attorney general would look into the organization.

Don’t use this small business. They moved my family from Virginia to Texas. They dropped our first cost quote, took over a week to appear, strove to need money on arrival, damaged a couple of when our possessions and refused to carry their garbage at the end in the afternoon.

STAY AWAY from Rayan Vanlines of NJ!! – This is the worst moving experience I’ve ever had:
1. When the truck has been loaded they twice raised what I owed two. They were assumed to provide 48 hours notice of coming to pickup but predicted at 11:30pm the night before
3. Were told delivery would have a 5 day window in the new place but needed to keep calling to find out the date and was told no it had been 21 day window – finally got delivered seven days after – the scheduled period was between 10am and noon – that they came at 4pm
4. I’d packed myself except for a couple of big items with all brand-new boxes and packaging material from Home Depot – I’ve had done this a few times before without a matter or breakage – however as soon as the boxes arrived, after seemingly being saved someplace, they were all damaged, holes in them and crushed and filthy with a grit around them and a few with dirt, furniture was scratched and a few, having packaging tape applied directly for it, had the end removed together with damaging my widescreen television.
5. 1 box had even been broken and invisibly piece removed and that I wasn’t informed of it. Family heirlooms that had endured a lot of motions were broken and regardless of the state of the boxes it was believed my fault because I’d packed them.
For the very costly fiscal I paid them for this movement the remedy of my possessions was as if it was crap and sadly and in certain instances heartbreakingly that is where a few ended up.
6. I’ve tried contacting them a while with calls not returned.
Don’t Use RAYAN VANLINES of all Union City NJ. If you’d like a fantastic move and appreciate your possessions. They DO NOT Care!!!
