This is actually the worst removalist company I’ve ever used. They’re shaddy. Not only were their most hidden expenses but the removalist composed on my stuff also, which was not maintained under insurance. The removalist company wasn’t interested. This past Year I hired NY transport to transfer me in New York to Dublin Ireland. I had been warned against this firm by a different inspector, information I disregarded much to my sorrow. The owner promised he’d follow up and hunt for the sideboard himself however, naturally, I have never heard from him. Please please please don’t use this business. You may repent it exactly like I did.

We hired this company to get a transfer from New York City to Lima, Peru. They picked up our belongings at late May. They advised me that it had came into the vent in Lima on ancient July. Each month has passed since then, and they’ve got our possessions tortured in the interface. Every day that they send us a fresh message necessitating a fresh payment. $100 daily for”handling costs”, $500 a different for storage, and also $200 a different evening to get another matter. This evening I received a call in the driver our dispatch are present in 5 hoursper day. 9 hours later he phoned and said’I appeared in the next page and it says you are in Mexico, I can not go there I do not possess a passport” We finally received our shipment to December 1st. EVERY box has been ruined, all of the art was ruined. Our brand new towels have been stolen.
We worked with inches. Co. like jagged teeth from this firm. Only advised that after $500 deductible, we’ll get $51 when we need it wired there is a $50 dollar fee.

I can not say it enough, don’t use this business

I haven’t been so disappointed in the buying of any item or service in my whole live. Ever. Especially, NY International Shipping was complete negligent and failed to Supply a Fantastic support in the following manners:
1. Treated me badly from the very start of the interactions. Emails for example”have these forms filled out instantly”! Were standard method of communicating to them.
2. Among my boxes of valuables was stolen while in his or her own care. Most probably by them.
3. They sealed and sent my container with complete understanding that not all of my boxes have arrived. They claimed to have the staying boxes sent separately but more than 3 weeks after people remain in storage.
4. My furniture came with lots of damages. NY International Shipping’s response is that I must have bought insurance however they never provided me such. They especially provided my only using a”Decline Insurance Form” and requested me to finish it.
5. NY International Shipping loaded my container around the boat of a business in terrible financial state (Hanjin Shipping) that was just losing money for several decades. Hanjin went bankrupt while my container was still at sea along with the dispatch has been delayed significantly. With no beds, my family slept on the floor of the new home for days.

Used them to return to India. We needed to take a complete container! I am happy everything match, the packers did an superb job. We coped with Wayne, cost wasn’t the least expensive but complete now that we got our things I could do it again. I only hope we dont need to move back because going abroad was really stressful!   In general, everything went well. I’d recommend them if You’re moving abroad
