Don’t use this organization. I jumped from New Jersey to Arizona in in January-2019. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This business fraudulently over-charged me to the cubic feet of products sent. I was obligated to cover after they took ownership of my own property. They also needed a (fraudulent) $600 cash payment (to utilize a neighborhood shuttle truck which wasn’t required) before they’d un-load my property on delivery. This is a scam. The shipping has been made 2 weeks following the scheduled date. Communication through the movement was pitiful and unacceptable. But when they abandoned NC, they shot my things into NY and god only knows where it had been for another month, since I did not get my things delivered before 6/28. Every telephone call to ask about my material has been met with lies and ignorance. And afterward, each and every thing that has been returned to me was ruined and ruined.
