I am not planning to go into specifics about what’s happened to my loved ones but I shall say that we lost all our possessions because Chad Transferring held our possessions for ransom and won’t deliver until we cover over $4000 to our belongings.

We’re near 60 years of age and both jobless so there’s not any way we could develop that type of cash.

When I phoned and informed”John” we wanted our things moved he told me that they did not have it, it had been at Cleveland Ohio and that I asked for the address and he told me”you give me $650 and I will let you know where your stuff is.”

I’m sitting here with no bedding, furniture, clothing, shoes, our cherished pictures of our loved ones, loved ones, and also the ones that have expired and glued on. Our life is kept ransom so Chad Moving may get wealthy from innocent folks like me and my husband and several many more victims! Where are our rights? Who protects us from firms like this??

We Are in Need of help with shutting down CHAD MOVING FROM NEW JERSEY!

They offered me for my transfer out of NJ to KY $1650. When they appear to pick up my things they wish to bill me to the wrap my furniture. Once they picked up my team that they understood and they told me you must pay $200 additional since it need license to acquire into KY.. I accepted all of that and if the motorist brought my things after fourteen days I asked him concerning the license. He stated we already have that license and they required the equilibrium until they unloaded the material in the truck. Then I discovered the half of my furniture were all lost and few things are ruined. I called them a few times and nobody been phoning me backagain. I trusted them but had a very poor experience, First the employees were quite unprofessional, the majority of the time they’ve been busy conversing on the mobile phone rather than working. The place of truck was quite bad and full of crap. The client support representative JASICA was so sweet WHEN compelling me to employ them and on the grounds of things I told her she gave quote of $1600. After agreeing the cost that I electronically signed up the contract with $100 deposit.
On the afternoon of transferring the so called movers instead truck drivers came in and began wrap my house hold products in a really rough ways, all of the time that I was with them to secure my furniture. They began to load the home hold products in the truck and after loading they attracted a fresh quote approximately twice the quote, the cheating began right out of here, I attempted to contact to the customer support concerning the problem but no one picked up the telephone, the once I asked the men who were searching un effective at even to speak, clarified that the quote is roughly doubled due the higher quantity of the merchandise, really all of the products were based to this record already negotiated with the initial quote. No matter what you do, do not use this provider! I was told my things could be sent in 7-10 times a month after and I still do not have my possessions. They won’t call you straight back or respond to emails and I have been told three separate delivery dates and still don’t have my things! Jessica will say she’s been outside of the workplace and also to call her boss and the only way to catch him onto the telephone would be to call over and over again

I contacted their ddispatch since the business was situated 20 minutes from my previous residence. I had been always ensured of 5-7 business days to mid west from new jersey two weeks ago and regrettably still awaiting. While I call them, the speech has change. 5-21 days. That is holding my household ransom!!!! It’s just inhuman. I have kids that need the products. I might have happily given my busines into a fair firm. Buyer be ware!!!!!

Whatever you do, do NOT give this business your small business. I had been contacted by Jessica (representative) and gave her a detailed account of all my possessions that I had moved from New York to Tennessee. I had been quoted a cost and ensured a delivery date of June 26-29 at TN. I had been told I’d get a telephone call over 1 hour to my things to be picked up and 24 hours because of the items to be sent. I ordered for my things to be picked up on Saturday June 20. The movers called me 20 minutes until they arrived in my residence. As soon as they got there, they did a”walkthrough” to reveal just how much distance I paid for from the truck. Long story short, my things that I in-depth Jessica were handily not over the quantity of distance, and that I was told I had to pay $340 more, and that I denied. I ended up needing to leave some things behind. To top it off, the man charged me $15 for”tape,” and $40 to wrap my tv, which have been detailed as contained in my contract. When I claimed that this was presumed to be coated, he began yelling at me and explained that I would need to pay them if my things were ruined. Since I was lonely and very intimated from the 3 guys, I did not object further. After they have been done, the man forced me to give all of them a hint and refused to leave till I did. It was a dreadful experience for one girl. Obviously, I was grateful that part was finished.

Fast forward to June 29, the final day I was ensured to get my things. Since I knew I was due a telephone call 24 hours ahead of shipping, I called the number I had for Jessica to learn what was happening. The amount wasn’t working. I only hope and pray I really receive my things and they’re in the state they were when I left me. Please, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS!!!!

I can not stress enough, don’t make business for this organization. They offer you one cost on the telephone and then the driver provides a replica price as soon as they pick up the merchandise (no confirmation ).  If you attempt to get to the Supervisor (Sasha), he never calls back and you could hardly understand what he’s saying.  The most important workplace does not wish to listen to and also refers you back to exactly the identical ghost supervisor.  This can be annoying and borderline prohibited. To begin with, the sales division hadn’t control within the refund. The AWFUL supervisor lied to me several times which the refund was processed. It still has not been. Whenever that they tell ME to become patient. That I must be wonderful to them, that I made them lose money, even though they didn’t supply the support that I paid them for. This provider is atrocious. Don’t use them, if you don’t would like to be lied to, and also have your cash stolen.

When I called the company, they lent me going from PA into OK will be about $1,800.  The true price was $3,000 and because I was jobless and going in with my brother, the only 1 month free storage that they provided was advantageous for my situation.  They wanted that there cash half up front and the other half as it had been delivered.  The conclusion of the next week that my things were in storage, so they phoned me and explained that the truck has been filled and ready to be sent to Oklahoma.  I advised that that they stated it had been presumed for per month free storage and they stated that it is actually 3 months storage and the previous week is utilised to transfer my things within an 18 wheeler truck.  I proceeded around August 3rd and my things were delivered now, which was 3 weeks afterwards.
Then I had to attempt to find a storage facility which could allowan 18 wheeler truck and managed to find one in the last moment.  The storage device was found from the gate and has been a corner unit so that they did not even need to walk down the isles.  They’d have the ability to pull in and park near the storage device.  After the driver arrived, he insisted that he won’t have the capability to pull in, although when you examine the gate, he’d additional room on either side and may manuver his truck readily.  He explained that because he couldn’t pull the truck in, I would need to pay an extra $75.00 to allow them to walk in the gate into my storage device.  It was quite clear for my brother and I that he was only hoping to earn more cash.  He contacted the office and that I talked to the guy and the cash went from $75.00 to $40.00.  I wound up paying the $40 bucks from frustration in dealing with the business, which I won’t recommend to anybody.
