I wouldn’t recommend this business to my opponents. With this firm being located in New York they understood I would have enough opportunity to conduct back-and-forth for my litigation certified relocations gave me the runaround for weeks gave my attorney in the runaround for weeks beware of the company they’ll take you through a living nightmare. They hurt my furniture missing components to my bedroom place and then refuse to answer my requirements. This business never gave me Satisfaction. Beware BEWARE

They have to have ruined my furniture transferring it from 1 truck to the next. Not only did they harm my furniture that they also miss put components. Accredited relocations didn’t answer my calls that I called a couple times to find some satisfaction. By there Base being in New York that I would need to fly back to New York to sue them. This firm is quite unprofessional I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy. They dismissed letters from my attorney since they knew I Would Need to Return and on to New York so as to pursue them.this is my frank opinion and details of what occurred to my loved ones

My nightmare began as soon as these men received the deposit. I never ever write testimonials even when customer support is poor but trust me once I tell you that’s the worst experience I’ve EVER had with a provider. To begin with of the sales person gave me a really fantastic quote and said they pick up on weekends, well the week I was supposed to find a telephone to schedule my movement they compelled me to be home during the week since they could not do weekends. The organization scheduled the selection dawn of May 29th, this day was also my last day at work, and so I told them a few times to please stay on program. . .of course they didn’t. The motorist called at about noon and said he wont be there for a couple of hours. My sister waited in the home and once they got there, after placing all in the truck informed me that it was likely to cost over the real quote. Obviously she could not do anything with all our items already from the vehicle and myself (proprietor ) not being there. Called a few times to criticism about the further price and talked to Lee (customer support ) and that he just listens to you but will nothing for you personally or perhaps shows a little interest in assisting you. Called the company and advised them September 21st is the day that I needed to schedule a drop off. Got a call from Dalit on Oct 2nd together with the motorist’s telephone and title and she clarified that a truck had been leaving that weekend so to provide him a few times for all deliveries. Oct5, I texted the motorist to examine and also have an idea on if he expected to create my delivery, he also didn’t answer but phoned me and stated that he will be at my home Oct 6 involving 1-3pm. Called the organization but because seemingly movers and drivers are builders, the business can’t do anything about it. October 7, motorist gets to my home requested to come in and have paid up front, ” I told him I had to see my items first and showed him that the cash orders. Driver got angry and said I’ll drop off your items at storage and removed. Again, called the company and they could not do anything. They re-scheduled my transfer for Friday Oct 9th involving 1-2pm, got off work again and motorist did not appear. Next morning I get a telephone and says he will be at my home at noon, I had been whining about the day ahead and nobody calling me to inform me this and all he said was DO YOU WANT YOUR THINGS OR NOT? . Oct 10th, my items get dropped off and so far we’ve discovered, cups, plates, Lamps, solitary dresser, vaccum broken can’t use in any way. Damaged items, dining room table, sofas, chairsalong with other dressers. In addition to this we’re missing several boxes and have been also given things from some other men and women. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY ARE LIES!!!!   I must have read yelp rather than the numerous FALSE (Padded) testimonials on other sites, as firms can and do employ people to’give favorable testimonials’ all at once to make a business seem reliable.   I hired this business on 5/29/15 to move my items out of NJ into AZ.. The sales man Michelle was quite friendly and clarified prices and these (They INITIALLY were more economical than everybody else). I explained a few times that which I desired moved and we even added additional boxes, simply to make sure and I obtained an original cost of less than $2000. Additionally, I clarified (many times) that my flat screen TV wasn’t the panel kind, but a more recent’stand to the ground kind. We ended up using a list of Products and 50 boxes.   After the movers showed up, their listing didn’t reveal my love chair and that the TV wasn’t a horizontal panel. I clarified that BOTH were to be recorded correctly already. Consequently, they explained it had been an EXTRA $200 to send this (because of quantity ). I contested the excess price, as I’d much LESS volume because of having just 21 boxes (blended between medium and large ). They refused to budge and that I had been at crunch time and had to be transferred and needed to cover them.  
I named the company the next day and talked to Michelle and she was quite rude and horrible and attempted to say I didn’t speak about the TV nor did I talk the love chair. She then cut off me and sent me to’customer support”.   I talked to customer support and the individual”Lee” was quite helpful (the sole person in the workplace who’s helpful) and stated he’d talk to the proprietor. A few days later he phoned me back and the owner was ready to only give me $100 so long as I signed any kind. But when I read this form, it stated if I needed the $100, then I would need to GIVE UP all my RIGHTS as a customer, not have the ability to sue them or dispute them in courtroom NOR say anything negative in their company whatsoever!!! I REFUSED to signal up this and told them so and if the firm wanted to give me the refund without signing up it..fine. . .if not then so be it.   After the movers delivered my merchandise, I had been missing 3 BOXES along with the Hutch which goes along with my ANTIQUE dresser.
I called the company Many times over the next months asking where my lost house was and they’STONE WALL’ me with excuses’that they are Searching for this’, It’s the busy period and they’ve shipments, respectively” At the time, they still refuse to Locate my lost property.     They had NO problem demanding they have paid IN FULL (the previous portion a few $800+) before unloading the vehicle and IT needs to be CASH. . .which today I find, is due to how SHADY they’re!!!!  
When I complained to the BBB, the business lied and attempted to change facts (thank goodness I saved the email correspondence between myself and the firm ) to make it LOOK as though they had been’making good’ in my complaints.
I’ll Be carrying this to govt jurisdiction (IE – courtroom ), since They Are deceptive and the owners Have to Be heavily fined and/or place in jail!!

After being more than thirty days late my things came. I’m missing two boxes,1 sofa, 1 seat I now have two broken lamps, 1 broken dining table, 2 china cabinets which have broken bottoms out of being transferred using a hand truck rather than a furniture dolly,  two boxes of chine completely shattered each dish cup and bowl split my ironing board is flexed. ( I really don’t understand how they handled that.) I still have about ten boxes to start but its not looking good because they also seem crushed and ripped. This firm is quite unprofessional and shouldn’t be used.They has to be stopped. Please pass this on. Yet Another thing that they do not have regular workers but employ them out of CraigsList if they get into town for unloading and loading so that you do not who your allowing into Your House.

They suck! Don’t rely on them, you may repent it.
