I had a booking I left with you all weeks past for a pickup scheduled on July 27-29. I had a confirmation email saying someone will come July 28 and they never revealed. I was confident I’d be picked up on Monday morning. Monday morning comes and now I hear nothing, then I call back that day and I am told that they job cannot be carried out. I’d educated everybody from who booked my booking to who was serving me that my final date on my condominium has been Monday, July 29 which would get the job done. Sebastian was really favorable when originally reserving, and then invisibly when I phoned with my worries. Lilly the mind of customer support was also dismissive and rude when I had been calling at a feverish within their firm never obligating their responsibilities with me. In my experience, this business is a scam, and they use unfair practices like unreasonable ramping up of costs. It’s been more than 60 days and they handed me a single day’s note about shipping since I was out of city after I had been told about the 24th of October that my things should arrive in about 5 times. 10 days afterwards (that by no regular is roughly 5) they phone me and state that should they need to re-deliver I’ll need to pay more. That is once they began using a $2600 quote that travelled around $3600 3 times before pickup (which was 1 day late).

Their customer support woman Lilly called me ever other day to give me an upgrade. Ross replied my phone each time I phoned in asking where my stuff was. It was a different team on shipping but they were equally as great as the first. Cost stayed exactly the same as the initial quote no bs from them. I am using them again for my daughters go next month.

I initially got a quotation for about $2,600 bucks to transfer my belongings out of Florida to Houston. After we moved back over the quotation with Sebastian prior to the pickup there had been just a few things which were missed and had to be inserted so that the total moved to $3,600 portion of lost things were items I missed so no major deal on the purchase price increase. While on the telephone with Sebastian I advised him on many times my furniture is big so that he ended up with me quantify EVERY DRESSER, THE SAFE, THE ENTERTAINMENT CENTER (the huge items) which made the complete move up since Chloe (initial rep) didn’t have big enough things set up. Thus again, I was okay with the greater quantity of 3,600. As I measured everything that I requested Sebastian over once since I needed no openings”So in case the movers pack the vehicle badly and you also quoted us for 900 and cubic feet and because of them packaging it seriously its currently 1200 cubic feet would my cost return” His reply MORE THAN ONCE WAS -“NO that is a valid and BINDING estimate the only way that it could change is in case you include more things”. Not only did I include NOTHING I had had LESS boxes than that had been nominated for. However, the movers said that it had been over 1500 cubic feet and the cost was currently over $5,200. Obviously you do not get that complete till they’ve loaded all your valuables are stored hostage in their own trucks! Oh wait it has MUCH BETTER… After I obtained my things my quite expensive entertainment centre has been broken up and not useable (8,000), my executive desk gets the sides dislocated so that it wobbles and stinks, my couch dining table, coffee table and end table were all ruined by their own blankets discoloring them along with also the glass was broken. The leg has been broken from my big dresser and every one of the components for my big curio cabinet is lost so I am unable to place any of those glass shelves inside. Last, I had been billed for all these fantastic television boxes Sebastian went on and on about. . Ok there were not any boxes. My television’s got a pay recorded over them. Obviously my 60″ television got ruined! Nothing but a Massive PACK OF LIES FROM THE START. And oh yeah, when we predicted about the fees moving from 3,600 to over 5,200 we had been advised by Lily she’d call us backagain. Still waiting and it has been weeks… I’m likely to visit the Interstate Commerce Division in addition to the Florida Attorney General and file complaints in their less then scrupulous business practices. The cost jumped to more than 9k! I requested to talk with the supervisor and they put me through to Joe….after talking with him for more than an hour that the cost came back down to $7100 because of this extra cube space I’d need. I was also advised that the moving business who Route 66 brokered to transfer me personally was Boost Express Van Lines. On the scheduled day of this movement Boost was scheduled to arrive between 11 am and 2 pm. They kept calling and stating it could be afterwards. They finally showed up at 9:30 PM. Do not do much of anything that night since we now have 3 little kids which were already asleep. We needed to be out the following day on Wednesday October 9th since the walkthrough for your house was scheduled for this day. So day 1 squandered. Day two they walked throughout the home and said it’d be 2500 cubic feet and then increased the cost to over $10k! We’d booked a 2600 cubic ft cover for about $7100. I phoned Route 66 and requested to talk to Joe….ironically I couldn’t talk to him personally…I had been informed it was a Jewish Holiday and Joe had been Jewish and could not talk on the telephone. They gave me to Lilly that I began to utilize. During the transfer the movers also uttered food and beverages from our refrigerator and if my wife asked them that they informed her”usually people offer food so that we chose what we needed”. They also left all our possessions together with the street and went for coffee for two hours. My wife sat out by our possessions and observed it so nobody could steal anything. When they eventually returned everything did not fit in the truck even though they went throughout the home and virtually everything. They did a dreadful job of loading and packaging. They informed my wife that they would need to return in the morning in the am having a larger truck and complete. I was already in Tennessee functioning and my spouse and kids not to intend on staying this night since the movers showed up a day overdue. They all had to sleep on the ground that night as every thing has been packaged. The following morning they didn’t arrive in 8….called and known and eventually they appear at 1pm with exactly the identical truck! They said hello had unloaded a few of our things to make space for that which had been left into a storage unit? Anyhow during this entire process I’ve attempted to talk with the manager Joe in Route 66 and has been advised that he had a family crisis for 3 times, then I once again on Tuesday October 15th and seemingly it is still another Jewish Holiday! Additionally, I known as Boost to find out what time they’d be coming with our possessions on the scheduled delivery afternoon October 21st that is exactly what the contract said and has been advised there is not any estimated shipping date now. We’re staying at a resort in Tennessee and it is costing me extra money. The folks at Route 66 don’t care for you. They give you the run around and deny to maintain their end of this deal. DO NOT do business with vertical 66 situated in Jamaica New York! The movers place make change carpets on the floors and blankets from the walls as to not scratch anything. The price we all agreed on was strong rather than fluctuated. It took them 5 days to send what to Bakersfield. They unloaded and installation every thing in the class of 6 months. I paid them the specific amount of the first quotation and away they went.

I am writing this review two weeks after to let everybody know nothing has been missing or broken out of the boxes.
