    Long-distance move from Annapolis, MD
    Late...

‘d 2 trucks. 1 was 30 mins late along with another 3 hours late. Admin group was awful in communication and could not find the 2nd truck to get a few hours. 2nd truck was overdue since the driver/supervisor had private car difficulties, Admin attempted to mention that it was that the truck but he confessed that it had been his private vehicle. Since the boss would not you think that it would be liable for calling and tell us where you are and why you’re late or at least when you’ll be there? Apparently he did not believe he must speak directly with us bc he did not. Just recommend if you would like poor movers and communication coming late. I was angry about the very first truck being 30 mins late did not recognize I was blessed they arrived when they did since another truck. . .yikes SMH. See picture of this truck driving in together with all the time left at 10:56AM.

Allied/Victory Van Lines, please deliver my bed!

Allied/Victory Van Lines is currently holding our dispatch in Maryland despite having loaded the truck at Maryland on May 30 for our transfer into the Midwest. Knowing that ancient June is a busy period for the moving business, we consented to a generous 6 day shipping window for our things to arrive at Midwest.  The loading and packaging happened on schedule and in a professional way. But we heard halfway through our shipping window that the driver assigned to transfer our dispatch west had backed out and that no other driver was delegated. While we were at the Midwest following a shooting several days to see family across the way, our dispatch was still in Maryland.   We originally thought that the delivery could be 1-2 days late, that has been frustrating but not catastrophic. But as of yesterday night, the last day of the delivery window, a motorist has still not been delegated and also the most likely situation is described as birth a complete week from today – i.e. a complete week beyond the final day of our already generous shipping window. I’m also pregnant with our second child and thanks in a Couple of Days.   This fresh best case scenario occurs for a day after my due date, when my spouse and that I will probably be in the hospital along with our seeing family will probably be taking good care of our toddler. Our family Which Will be seeing the infant had intended also to assist us complete packaging boxes and settling in – I’m now hoping they could remain long enough to get the process started, because I won’t be in any condition to do this myself, and of course that my hands will be complete.   Allied, you’ve turned into an already stressful period in our own lives into complete chaos! I’ve made you aware of our personal Conditions, and if your client support agents seem suitably sympathetic, no effective action has been taken to resolve the issue (besides Fed Exing the crib, which I shall value as it comes ).   It’s bad enough that I’m sleeping on a cheap inflatable mattress in 39.5 months pregnant and that my two year old has outgrown his portable crib at the time we’ve spent waiting. Now I might be unable to recuperate from delivery at a bed, stone my baby in a seat, or offer a comfortable area for the toddler while his parents are off. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of answers for this very simple issue. It’ll have taken over three weeks to create a 2 day drive. Hire a motorist! Pay someone overtime! Please bring me a mattress plus also a rocking chair!

    Great move

I’ve proceeded with Victory Van Corporation five occasions, and they now store a number of my things in their own storage facility.  I’ve always been impressed with all the effort that the team takes to secure my furniture and my home.  I had been interested in saving money, but I needed the move done right.  When all of the tasks were complete, I felt great about my choice.  They also have moved a number of my family and friends.  I would advise Victory Van Corporation to anybody going.

    Great Experience

Victory Van Corporation lately transferred me from Alexandria into Centreville and that I had a fantastic experience. The individual who arrived at my flat to give me a quote was honest and professional, and I truly appreciated this.  On moving day that the team came to my flat punctually and they were quite friendly.  I had a large sleeper sofa which was rather tough to escape the flat, but they were patient and didn’t become frustrated and managed all of my things with a great deal of care.  The whole movement was completed by 2:30 and I was quite surprised and pleased with the entire procedure.  I am quite glad that I picked Victory and have already recommended them to all of my friends that are moving.

    Extraordinary Move!

Our expertise with Victory was phenomenal. And believe me, we’ve moved enough to understand it could/would and ought to be a challenging experiecne to say the least. By the time that our salesman William Quinn came to supply the quote to maneuver from Germantown, MD into Vienna, VA I had great expectations. The expectations were further strengthened when Reginald Williams and his team came to move us. Our SF family is a clumsy load for any team [ my spouse and I and 4 teens ] therefore I understood Reginald had his job cut out for him. Not only did they work admirably ALL DAY LONG with cheer that they somehow managed to do it in less time that expected therefore we saved $$$! How about this to get a move? I strongly suggest Victory Van; and I understand when we proceed who I’ll call upon!

    Best Movers!!

I’ve utilized Victory Van Corporation 3 occasions to move me along with my loved ones, and each movement was a superb experience. Between the office team (who have been quite professional, friendly and careful ) into the crews who’ve moved my possessions, I could honestly say they receive a perfect 10! Everybody showed a real concern for the managing of our personal products. Every moment, the crews took the additional time and steps to guard our furniture and house to make sure no damages. I’ve recommended their services to every one of my family and friends and will keep doing so. So far as I am concerned, they’re THE only moving business I’d use! Thank you Victory, to a different job well done!

    Missing and late items

I had been told I’d be transferred out in two days. Once they showed up it turned into three times using a holdiay involving 2 of those times.   Even the workrs were unprofessional, unkept, and impolite. The business whined about our things sitting and waiting to become shipbound abroad. I had to email them a few times, following no reply I CCed upper direction about the email and then received an answer. A number of my air cargo didn’t appear with all the air cargo. SOME of this eventually showed up from the sea vessel. We’re overlooking a $1,000.00 buck silk carpet, a $1,000.00 buck HD Video Camera, A Few hundred bucks worth of diapers and lots of hundred bucks worth of infant formula. I won’t ever use this comapny back – that can be a 100% fair answer, irrespective of. The inspection advice did not possess the state recorded that our items were sent to – Azerbaijan.

    NIGHTMARE MOVERS

We had a NIGHTMARE MOVE with Victory Vans. I proceeded across the country and they just delivered half of my possessions almost two weeks following pickup. Another half that they did not provide for a MONTH!

Victory Vans also suppressed the weight of the move. They came back to me asking for more cash. When I explained I had a”guaranteed cost” they said they would keep the rest of my cargo in storage before I paid more money and they would cost me storage expenses. It felt like pure extortion and the most stressful part of the movement was hoping to take care of this dreadful moving business.

To top it all off, they finally crated my possessions and shipped it by train to another mover in Denver. They told me I would need to pay that mover $528.00 to provide the dispatch. They said if I did not cover the money they had put my things into storage, holding it ransom, and they would charge storage charges.

I paid them the cash in my credit card from despair and if the moving truck showed up they would not bring anything indoors until they obtained confirmation of payment out of Victory. They sat there for two hours reading the paper until I eventually negotiated a repair with their dispatcher.

My experience with their customer support folks was past belief. No one cared, they had been harsh, unkind and unhelpful.

If you do basic hunts with customer affairs about both Victory and Allied you are going to learn the facts for their strategies for getting additional cash from their clients.

31 moves - the worse one with Victory Van Lines

From 31 moves – the worse one. Never got a call from shipment to tell us the exact time of pickup, merchandise were presumed to be set on pallets in the home and moved straight in to storage. Movers showed up and no pallets – have been advised it is when gear can be obtained which isn’t exactly what the arrangement or the salesman stated! We needed to halt the movers several occasions to wrap/re-wrap products prior to loading. Sent a certified letter to your owners – have not heard back a word and it has been months. Walls left filthy, only awful all the way round. Communications using the business bad, at best. Had multiple quotations but chosen Victory – that our worst error – pick someone else to your own move.
