Fallon Moving & Storage

I cant begin to tell everybody how amazing family moving cared for us. They’re amazing!! Dont waste time calling other movers and paying for excursion fees. They’re the ideal.

They dropped things in the transfer. They then tried to blame me for them. Mysteriously so of those things that went’lost’ were electronic equipment in their original boxes…. They then refused to admit people’losses’. They then refused to cover up on Insurance. Taking legal counsel right now. Now you have a choice when it comes to moving. DON’T GO NEAR THESE GUYS.

I transferred with Fallon at August of 2017 in CT into GA.. It turned out to be a giant error to use this corporation. Zero interest in client support. Ray Fallon the proprietor dodges calls, also that makes his workers do his dirty job. I’m still attempting to receive my claim settled out of the Fallon and Atlas corporate. Do yourself a favor and use anybody else.

Overall, I would advise this business as a person that can treat you as a client with respect and attempt to satisfy your expectation.  If you understand exactly what you want to achieve, say it clearly and honor the limitations that a long-distance moving firm faces, you can anticipate a favorable outcome.
I had two chief expectations:  delivery in good shape within a specified time and fees not to exceed a specified amount.  The organization’s representative said up front their requirement to pick up the things by a specified date and the limitations they faced with delivery of specific kinds of furniture.  The agent also provided a quote which wouldn’t be exceeded.  The quote also had a supply for those fees to be reduced in the event the expense of transferring the products was less than estimated.  The agent managed to see my place and confidently estimate the fees.
In me, the actual fees to me were tens of thousands of dollars below the amount that wouldn’t be surpassed.  A call was made to notify me of that.  The products were delivered a day before their utmost time they given.  Yes, some of the less durable things got busted, and a few initiative was chosen to create good the things, except for a metal cupboard which wasn’t as powerful as it appeared.
There was a few over-confidence exhibited in reassembling one thing particularly, which might have led to harm following the transferring employees had abandoned.  I’d caution against that, as things might go wrong particularly with glass things being reassembled.
Putting everything together, these were down-to-earth individuals with some individual failings but diligent and caring.

I would also offer them a zero stars if I could.  I must begin this off by stating. . .STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM FALLON MOVING & STORAGE, ACE WORLDWIDE, and ATLAS VAN LINE.Fallon alongside Atlas Van Lines would be the most powerful company to work with… they don’t wish to do anything except slip from client and harm all of the products they’re being contracted to move.In December I sold my own property.  I requested my realtor to the title of a plumber.  He said that another customer just used your company, and so I hired Fallon Moving of Windsor, CT who symbolizes Atlas.  My son needed me to use a second firm, but I told him I’d already agreed to utilize Atlas.  Your agent Skip Akerlind was a fantastic salesman (a smooth operator), however, your business didn’t live up to that which was marketed me.  They told me that my furniture could be shrink wrapped and covered in blankets. That never happened!  This was just the start of my nightmare and proceeding tragedy.  I put the date because of my movement for 12/21/13.  To start with, I had them pack a few of my belonging to 12/20/13 and on 12/21/13 that the ACE truck came —–the truck had additional heaps on the truck  and didn’t have sufficient space on the truck to get my own furniture–My final date for my home has been scheduled for 12/23/13–I requested them to find another truck and informed them I need to be transferred on this season.  They did nothing to assist me get this accomplished.  My final was 12/23/13 and that I was flying out that afternoon.  I refused to sign the contract because it had been null and void for breach of contract.  Your company didn’t deliver what has been agreed upon.  Would you imagine how mad I was!!!!! I was to be moved on 12/21/13 along with the cleanup of my home was likely to be about 12/22/13 and I’d be prepared for my closing on 12/23/13.  This didn’t occur.  They refused to assist me.  They would not do anything since 12/22/13 was a Sunday and they did not operate on Sunday’s.  Fallon Moving couldn’t even be attained…. I could not receive any assistance from anybody…. I even called Mr. Akerlind in the home, but to no avail.They rather showed up the morning of my final (it had been raining), the buyers also showed up and refused to shut.  Now it was Fallon’s truck which came.  They didn’t shrink wrap my furniture nor did they even cover it. (recall it was raining and muddy).During the length of this time they had been there I discovered them stealing things from my contribution boxes (things to be given to local charities) rather than performing their job of proceeding.  Little did I know they’d be stealing a Lot of my Personal things Also.            They didn’t leave my home until after 4 PM–I had a trip to attain at 6PM–My final could not happen and that I needed to pay people to clean my home,  clean my rugs, have my garbage eliminated and my contributions delivered to the neighborhood charities.This wasn’t my sole nightmare…. The morning of this transfer my son had discovered that his I-Pad was stolen along with my furniture was being delivered to my destination in (2) excursions…(1) from ACE and another one I do not know that.  One came on December 31, 2013 and another one on January 21, 2014.  For every delivery my son and I fulfilled with the trucks on arrival and assessed every single piece of furniture and also delivered/or not delivered things.  All of my furniture has been Ethan Allen furniture (very good furniture).  When it came all of the furniture was either ruined or stolen….My furniture was real wood rather than media board and should not have been sent in the state that it seemed. (My house has been a show place for different realtors). This isn’t the ending of my narrative……Because of my pain and distress I had been incapacitated for over (two ) weeks…Since this occurred, I’ve disputed the charges in my American Express card along with your company apparently was lied to by Fallon since they gave you bogus or doctored up files concerning the dates along with whiting from where I refused to signal with my announcement for breach of contract.This firm have to place out of business to get the whole lack of professionalism, and neglect whilst moving.  Ray Fallon also needs to know how to Speak to consumers.ONCE AGAIN I WOULD NOT SUGGEST EVER USING THIS COMPANY
