Despite verbal guarantees and site statements that they utilize just seasoned well trained movers, the business hired two high school students to provide my items. I had a good deal of breakage. My expertise with USA Transferring Express has been HORRIBLE.   This was to be a simple movement.   My merchandise (which was professionally packaged and transferred out of Atlanta, GA into a storage device in Philadelphia, PA- together with supervision from me) had been transferred out of the storage device from Philadelphia to my brand new house –at Philadelphia (less than 3 kilometers off ).   I’d packed all images in bubble wrap,’d found moving boxes which I bought from The Home Depot, along with most of wood furniture has been wrapped with shifting blankets and recorded.   I scrutinized my products from both storage units Before this USA Express Moving partners arriving.   Everything was packaged and kept carefully and securely at the storage u its.   When I fulfilled the USA Express Moving movers in the storage device, I still had a frank conversation with them about being cautious with my furniture and possessions.   I shared with them that once the furniture was sent to my new house, I had no dependence on the shifting blankets which secure my wood furniture–that they could continue to keep the blankets. It required the movers 2 hours or less to load my previously packed and secure products from the storage device into your moving truck.   After we arrived in my new home, I gave the movers that a place of the land and let them utilize their experience in deciding how best to purge my own house out of their truck into my new home.   While they have been unloading, I moved into some local stor for them refreshments.   As soon as I returned, to my shock, that the USA Express Moving Associates had eliminated the shifting blankets out of each one of the wood furniture and’d put (and slipped ) the cardboard moving boxes onto (around ) the surfaces of their laminated timber furniture. EVERY WOOD TOP SURFACE HAD BEEN DAMAGED/SCRATCHED BECAUSE OF USA EXPRESS MOVING’S NEGLIGENCE. As soon as I talked to Dana Crosso, my salespeople about that and a/one overlooking 11×14 professionally framed image of me along with my son (that was bubble wrapped by me!) , she defended her movers though she was not present for the transfer.   She called me a few days later, saying that she’d discovered the missing image and could send it to me. Fourteen days after, I hadn’t heard of the filthy person-Dana therefore , I emailed her asking about my (just one ) picture.   She (quite cavalierly) said she’d have”her men” send it to me.   The picture had been sent two days after, the bubble wrap was eliminated and the image framehad been scraped.   She had also sent two bits of African artwork which didn’t belong to me personally. Although I’m African American (that Dana might see in my image ), I’d shared with Dana that I had been overlooking ONE PICTURE, maybe not 3.   While this Might Not Be considered obvious racism, it surely is about.   Why did Dana presume these African Parts of artwork were mine once I called ONE MISSING PICTURE in All my communications to her?   Second, if I had been non-African-American, could Dana have guessed that the art was mine but I had not mentioned that any art was lost?   Thirdly, can it be safe to presume that Dana place NO VALUE about the art (as she would have with other art ) because she delivered it for me personally though I MADE NO MENTION OF MISSING ARTWORK?
Dana/USA Transferring Express’ remedy of me and also harm for my furniture/goods for that they aren’t taking responsibility ought to be about to any user who might be considering contracting together. What a Superb experience that the move for the daughter was!   Though it had been”neighborhood”,  I knew that I did not need a”do it yourself” move.   I was strengthened in my choice to utilize USA from the speed and professionalism with which the movement actually occurred.    
I was worried over the movement, realizing that there was a tight window to allow her to stand from her old place and in the new one.   Mauro has been with me each step of the way, promising me that things would move like clockwork.   How they did not sub out their job was reassuring.   They accommodated a glitch on our end once we altered the date of this transfer in the last minute and just had the cargo elevator in her new spot for a brief window. I emphasized that I’d be frantic Once the team did not appear and that We’d lose our time to get the cargo elevator.   Rather, they arrived promptly and worked quite effectively and professionally to get us from 1 place to another.   They even helped us to rearrange the furniture at the new Location.   What amazed me was that the Whole procedure took less than two hours!     We will Make Certain to utilize USA Express when planning future movements.   They revived my faith in specialist movers.

The moving crew was fantastic. They came just on time in both destinations. They worked really hard and were attentive and productive. They went over and beyond assisting with moving things which weren’t contained. They were professional and courteous. We had a couple additional tough things to proceed, and they did not even flinch if we changed our thoughts about it becoming put (and needing to drag down it ).

I’d strongly recommend this business to everybody!!! 5 STARS!!!

I was really Delighted with all the shifting encounter!!   Mauro, the salesman, has been so professional and great to handle that he gave me quite significant expectations of what we’d get from USA Express Moving and that he was totally correct!! 😀  I have to have spoken with at least 8 distinct moving companies before opting to proceed with USA Express Moving and I’d recommend Mauro to anybody because he had been the very professional, very informative, and fair. They have been very responsive and helpful whenever I predicted.   We had two of the Very Same guys come both dates, May 9th, and May 20th.   Daniel and Carlos were very hard workers and again so courteous and professional.   The next inspector each excursion was a different man every single time and the two of these were also very professional.   USA Express Moving treated us exceptionally well and I strongly recommend them to everyone and anyone!!!

USA Express Moving Company supplied this kind of smooth moving encounter. I’ve moved MANY days (9 at the previous ten decades!) Rather than has it gone so smoothly — My husband and I both were extremely satisfied with the service. The sales man, Mauro, has been a joy to manage, and our various moving teams worked fast and attentively and were exceptionally clean. Daniel has been the direct in my movement. He also made sure I was conscious of present imperfections on several bits (regrettably, past movers were not as cautious as him), and I am delighted to state that my walls and furniture incurred no additional casualties in his group’s capable hands! My husband & I’m settling well into our new location, and we’d certainly suggest USA Express Moving into other people!!!

USA Express Moving is your worst moving firm with dreadful customer support. My loved ones and I had been awarded the run-around for days before we were eventually given an official shipping date. What is more is that not only were our items delivered far beyond the guaranteed 7-21 days, but as soon as the movers came, they insisted on being compensated with money rather than check, saying that it was”company policy.” We also could not contact the customer support guy we’d been dealing with, to figure out if they might lower the cost since the shipping was beyond the guaranteed time limitation. This corporation should not be employed by anybody since it is a significant ripoff and a significant waste of energy and time.

MOVER BEWARE! Please do your homework and spare yourselves the time and hassle of working for this business. They’re recorded on the DOT national site as UNLICENSED, UNINSURED and also UNAUTHORIZED to perform business. They broke numerous laws that they were supposed to stick to during our movement. While that’s pretty awful, the worst thing about this is that it took ONE MONTH for us to get our items and we had been in a constant struggle with them since they attempted to bill us absurd storage charges we did not agree to. The icing on the cake was that a number of our items were missing and damaged. If anything you have is made from glass, rely on it being broken when you get it. However much wrap we did, they still found a way to split it. Our 47″ HD flat screen television which we wrapped up immaculately? Broken. The box looked like it was to war.   In reality, all of our boxes seemed like they have been to war. What exactly are they really doing with these boxes? Throwing them at rocks? Entire pieces of furniture have been lost. The only answer we got in your contractor they hired? “FILE A CLAIM, IT’S NOT MY PROBLEM!” Please do your self a favor and find the complete insurance with any mover you utilize. The $.60/pound is crap. My $700 flat screen television that I now have to substitute will get us about $50 back if we file a claim. That is if we even get everywhere with their promises procedure as I’ve been told it is a nightmare getting anything during their claims procedure. They also struck a light fixture in my apt neighborhood and rather than decreasing the purchase price of the shifting to adapt to the fact that my construction will bill me to get it no matter what, all I hear is”FILE A CLAIM!”  This isn’t a respectable organization. The men they use weren’t in uniform (none spoke a lick of English) along with the truck was an unmarked piece of crap. Be ready to be billed $$$$ for crap support. Your things WILL go lost. Your stuff is going to be broken. They WILL rifle through your items (private items I recorded shut were opened). You WILL wait no less than a month to send your things, maybe not the 7-14 bs they attempt to market.  They’ll be wonderful for you for you to reserve their solutions but recall, their tone will change as soon as they have your stuff hostage in their truck. It is their way or you will not be visiting your items ever again. I also now know that a respectable firm will not demand a deposit from one to reserve their services. All these clowns did. Should have been a red flag. Again life lesson. In the long run, we’ve got a registered a federal claim against them. All these people today will need to get put out of business.

The worst customer support and make sure you cover over the guaranteed and agreed amount.   !! The sales man will probably come get your cash and will evaporate, you’ll be advised that partner has left the corporation. Your luggage will be held in ransom from the vehicle in front of your house, since they will Provide you another quote after loading  and You’ll Have no choice but cover.

I hired USA in August of 2011 to send household things out of Ohio to Louisiana.  They had been 6 hours late getting to the home to pick up these products.  It’d be just another 23 days until I’d see my family things in Louisiana and they didn’t look exactly the same as previously.  All my furniture has been ruined…that the GUN was stolen…that a MARBLE TOP to get a desk has been stolen…I’ve filed the insurer and photos whenever they’ve requested and it’s been more than 1 year and I am still waiting to hear from USA Transferring Express.  I contacted the Better Business Bureau and has been advised that USA could NOT answer the criticism.

I made a decision to use USA Express moving again after having transferred my parents into my house in AZ to NC. They did such a fantastic job I thought it’d be a smooth procedure again. Unfortunately this isn’t the situation. We’ve been getting the run around as to if our real estate is going to be sent to us. We’ve called a lot of times and many individuals have moved us into voice mailboxes that are complete rather than enable us to talk to a real boss. Jennifer is the most disrespectful operations supervisor I’ve ever dealt with- that is the most undependable firm I’ve ever had to take care of. They aren’t even going to honor their 21 day contract! They’re holding my own possessions that an will have had them for more than two weeks and are now adding an extra 2 weeks on to that time period. Even if asking to talk to the wide array of directors there’s not any response. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I’m military and also a USAA member and will recommend this business be set on the NO CONTACT list in order that no members may use this provider.

Everything was fantastic leading up to the day of the transfer. The movers came punctually nevertheless they loaded our possessions on a damaged truck in which both sides were broken and didn’t closed tightly. After they’d 1/4 of our things packaged in to their truck we had been advised that people had more things than what was previously estimated and they needed us to cover an extra $1,100.00 for them to last.

We obtained no upgrades from the movers as to if we might receive our possessions. I needed to call every time and Jenniffer (situated in Bristol, PA) always appeared annoyed that I’d called my sales contact for help, since she did not return our calls.

We had been told it would take around 14 days to get our possessions and about the 14th and last day that they came in Appleton, WI on another trailer than they had been originally loaded in back in Scottsdale, AZ..

As things were unloaded we discovered that many valuable furniture things were not wrapped or protected from harms which had happened to them throughout the transfer. Lots of boxed were smashed, torn open, and had holes punched in them.

A big and costly silk tree was lost except for the clay pot it was in. Framed artwork had the glass split and the images were scraped in the broken glass. As we afterwards unpacked boxes we found that a wealthy (costume just thank god) jewelry box was put back to the original packaging box but now upside down. At the same time, mixing bowls and ornamental baskets were smashed.

A funny thing from all this dissapointment was afterwards we found that my wife’s apparel box was opened and gone through, there was a photograph record put into the base of the box from a different household, and that sadly could have had the exact same nightmarish encounter.

The folks in Phoenix’s USA Moving & Storage operations clearly had a entire disregard for our hard earned possessions, since they enabled their workers to riffle through our private products.

After all of this, the only answer I received from USA Moving & Storage was: we had neglected to buy more insurance on our products and so , our $1,000.00 and assert came down to some weighted value of $39.00.

And guess what? We’ve not yet received even that payment on the claim made over seven months past. I know whether I bother to phone USA Moving & Storage in Bristol, PA., I will be told that they never recieved the returned claim type. I’d been told this earlier when I phoned Jenniffer to ask on why we had not heard back on our first damage claim form petition.

Simply save yourself the grief and do not use USA Moving & Storage established from Bristol, PA.
