Agile Moving Systems Massapequa NY transferred me on dec 20 of the season and ruined all of my furniture, broke 100 inch TV struck a apple house and once I had been told

I would have to place a claim in their own insurance to pay for the $15,000 worth of harm just to learn they had no insurance coverage to pay for the the damages. As of the point I’m using them in court Agile moving Systems is bad bad that the proprietor rezza is a scam artist.

Dont make the identical mistake we left.

The Agility people were fantastic… both the team and the workplace people. The mobe4s worked nonstop in my and to places. The office made certain that I was informed at several different checkpoints. I strongly suggest them.

Dependable and professional. Michael stated he’d personally be there about the movement and he had been. Can use again and will recommend with confidence to anybody.

Mr. Rezza advised me that he had been licensed that I later found he wasn’t,as stated by the New York Department of Transportation. He had been denied issuance of a permit before he reimbursed me usd 2,000 that I had paid by check….he insisted on cash but that I was brief and paid the rest with this test. Please don’t hesitate to confirm this information wirh Mr. De Castro in the DOT. I phoned mr Rezza and informed him that his valuables were lost,he refused saying he’s guys who’ll concur with him. . The things weer a camera,nice jewelery which had great sentimental value. I understand that it was his men since they were th eonly ones that managed my merchandise from the two rooms where I retained teh valuables….they did the packaging since I couldn’t walk because of a back injury… I was in a walker and needed to sit while they packed. Another girl had exactly the identical difficulty,overlooking valuables. She could not get back anything since she had no evidence of employing him….she compensated all by money. I’m lonely,single and older and has been recovery from cancer operation in that period as wel..Please yells of him along with his team.

Finest experience with movers whom I’ve ever needed. Michael and his team are true professionals!  I’ve alot of expensive furniture and antiques which were individually shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped from Agile to shield them. They really do enjoy their job. Pickup and delivery were both on time (perhaps a couple of minutes early even).  The moving process could not have been simpler thanks to them. Can DEFINITELY use again. Thank you!!

Owner doesn’t take appropriate insurance. When advised night of transfer lost money when being compensated, told overdue long proceed. Subsequently discovered jewelry eliminated in pocketbook, olbviously when cleansing aggressively. Had problems with a few of the movers and wanted him removed from aggressively. Owner Michael Rezza stayed in truck on road, negligent. Permitted among his guys to get into aggressively with a massive purse.  Told me that he had been covered for reduction. Upon receipt of my affidavit, educated company didn’t have insurance for reduction and subsequently dropped Agile. Rezza hired atty on receipt of court paperwork in Jan of the year. My lawyer was receiver of stalling tactics and a week (Sept 2013) advised court to put situation on calendar for the crime.  Loss of around $16,000.
