    Out Of Business

I contracted with this business on December 4, 2014 to maneuver me on July 2015 and also paid a 10 percent deposit down. Pauly was quite professional, ” he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.

Now 8 weeks ahead of the transfer that I contacted them to tell them I want to alter the transfer date however they’re out of company (phone disconnected, Facebook and page is gone).

I now need to try to see how can I get my deposit back and be certain that the contact I have with American Advisors Relocation is nulled and emptiness ).

    Theives

I contracted American Leaders Relocation to transfer my possessions but they never have the opportunity to transfer me since they double charged my bank accounts and time later said they’d repay the above billing but not did registered a dare and now there amount is out of support.  They stole my money, not transferred me and lied about there support.  Steer clear of such people since you might get over charged rather than get your cash back.

    Thumbs up!

Employed american leaders to get a current movefrom Philly into North Carolina. The sales rep called me promptly after I filled out the online program. I talked to Ivan and that he had been ready to negotiate with the quotation. He appeared very knowledgable about going across country lines. I had been worried this could be a difficult scenario as Ive had poor encounters with other moving businesses before. But they have been time on from pickup to delivery. Along with the employees handled my house attentively and there no harms. It turned out to be a seamless procedure and I will likely use them again.

    Long-distance move from Massachusetts
    Cambridge to Atlanta Move

I’ve moved six times in the past ten years a few with significant vanlines and a few by moderate to small moving businesses. I have to admit that I had good and bad experiences with the two big vanlines and smaller independently owned moving businesses.  Because of my previous experiences I am completely aware how hard It’s to choose a moving company because you never really understand how the movement will finish and the way your barely earned ownership will be handled.   I select ALR on account of this fantastic link I felt with Pauly my sales rep that seemed like a good man that knows his company. He gave me a supply of $1,925 to get 3,500 (498 CF) that was directly in the Center from other quotes I obtained from four other firms but his promise that ALR would be the only firm involved in the transfer has created them my preffered Option.    The pickup was as easy job since I already had all organized and waiting at the garage (I even had the beds disassembled and ready to move ) all of the movers had to do would be simply wrap everything fast and load it into the truck. It was all over and done in under one hour. The last weight was somewhat higher than anticipated but in reason. The shipping in Atlanta was another story since I had 2 delivery place (my brand new apt and a little storage device in public storage).  ALR promised that they will arrive between 3 to 5 times and that I’m contacted 48 hours before birth, Unfortunately that wasn’t the situation. 3 Days after the driver phoned me at 6PM and informed me he’ll be coming the next morning that left me amazed and not entirely ready to his birth which prevents me from giving them a 5 star score.    The shipping took much longer compared to pickup as there were just 2 movers now but because nothing was ruined and that which arrived safely I had been satisfied.     I really don’t understand what occurred regarding other individuals who used this Organization but my entire experience was a Really great one.

    Very Irresponsible

I transferred my things by American Leader out of VA country to NY.Initially they anticipated me about 1900$ but after they’ve billed me 4800$ stating that the Cubic Foot is More.Since they had been loading at night time so we could not also let them decrease the Cubic feet because it was late night at about 11:00 PM.Again whilst Transferring the Materials that they sexy that the Wall and there was a major dent on the Wall.So I told them that the Apt Owner will bill me for that.So that they shot the pic of the dent on the wall and advised me to ship it their insurance provider and they’ll give me a compensation for that. But when I called differently they’re avaoiding the exact same saying t oday or tomorrow. But its two months after proceeding but they did not call me back and I did not receive any compensation for that.I obtained 150$ fine in my APT Owner but I didn’t get a cent back in the Company. So its a irrseponsible behabiour of them.Nobody must opt for this Business for Moving.

    Almost perfect!!!!

The same as everyone, I shopped around A LOT whilst hiring movers to get my transfer from NJ to FL. I’d nearly 6-7 moving businesses came to my home and offer me”in house” quotes.
Smart enough? NOPE!!! Each of them gave me quotes right from 900 Cubic Feet to 1650 Cubic Feet! And out of 5000 pounds to 10000 pounds! They all were”In Home” prices!
Since I’ve read all terror stories and testimonials about moving companies on the internet, I was TOTALLY NERVOUS and din’t know whom to trust!
Then Pauly out of American Leaders gave me a”flat price” deal. He gave me an EXCLUSIVE truck to Florida and guarantied delivery in 72 hours for $4,500! The cost was a little large, but I felt as though I needed to chose a”lesser” danger from all accessible:–RRB-
One other way, I nervously signed up using ALR and waited for the afternoon together with butterflies in my gut…
The very first thing went wrong on the afternoon (Jan 24th) was the very first snow of this year in Clifton, NJ! And to my absolute surprise, David and his group made on time even on this snowy day!
David and his whole team (Robert, Jess along with a 3rd man )  was completely professional. They wrapped it all very carefully and packed it to the truck and also inventoried them completely. . They began around 10 and have been performed nearly by 5. Nothing unexpected happened and that which was completed a lot smoothly then I believed!
The first half was over and NO ISSUES!!!
He guaranteed 72 hours delivery to FL and guess what? He advised a delivery at 10 AM on Jan 27th!
And the exact same man (David) came with the exact same truck in the shipping location!
Again, his regional FL team was both courteous and very professional!
100 percent of my thing was WITHOUT any scrape! Not one scratch without a broken glass!!! Nothing unexpected occurred at unload too!
    Now complaints…
These individuals are amazing movers BUT not so good furniture assemblers… I needed to re-do both of my beds because they didn’t build them correctly. (thank god we din’t possess some injury whilst sleeping on broken bed for a week!)
But overall, I will undoubtedly recommenduse American Leaders Movers for my buddies!

    DISGUSTING & UNPROFESSIONAL

This is actually the worst moving business ever! Pauly is a [EDIT] who’s currently getting defeated by me personally. They broke my glass things and wont cover. I have registered complaints with BBB of both NJ and d.O.T. that I documented that their long distance movers to d.O.T since they hire offenders off the streets that steal from the home to d.O.T together with truck. Jonah, the very long distance runner is a burglar, [EDIT] and informs me of a horrible terrorist. The men at this business r lying garbage and I don’t suggest them to your puppy. The worst! I feel good that I have made two complaints to BBB of both NJ and D.O.T. nobody needs to seek the services of those idiotic thieves since u will end up suing. Pauly is your worst. Lying [EDIT]! For 2800 I must have gotten better cure. Unprofessional.

    This compnay sucks

Allow me to start by saying that this is actually the worst moving company on the planet. As soon as they have your things in there ownership its similar to screw you we shall send it if we feel like it’s one worker explained if I do not like how they do business develop along and pick up your stuff yourself, yet another told me we’re not here in order to jump when you say jump we’ll deliver every time we’ve got a truck coming up your way, yet another setup to delivery times which never came into fruition. This had been the worst experience we’ve ever had and I am submitting a complaint with the BBB.
DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. You’ll Be sorry

    Perfect Delivery

Their support is actually wonderful. My earnings rep ivan called me onto a  timely way to provide me updates about the pickup / delivery. Both pickup and delivery crews were exceptionally professional and actually made our relocation simple. Timely delivery as promised and acceptable cost for the support they supply. I’d recommend American people move for my friends and loved ones.

    Unprofessional and Irresponsible Behaviour

This provider isn’t professional in their job. They required the delivery before time and they notify me 1 day before that they’ll be coming early. While sending they delivered it quite late and they didnot predicted that they will be overdue for delivery. They were going to send it at 10:00 AM, They delivered it in 2:00 PM. Also their moving estimates never match the true cost, They provide you estimate of 1500 along with the true cost will be 3500. Its so much vast difference. Additionally Some of my stuffs were broken and ruined and among my thing is lost.   I am attempting to achieve them for 1 week. They never pick up the telephone. Should they pick it up by mistake. They tell me we’ll call you straight back and shut the case in the beginning. They’re reckless and donot Care for their clients problems and concern.   My suggestion is don’t go with this relocation business.

    Long-distance move from Pennsylvania
    Ongoing headache

The 3 movers showed up on time and so were courteous and efficient as they moved us from our flat in Philadelphia.   As they were completing and presented me with all the paperwork, I advised them that I didn’t Want to Manage hidden fees about the shipping end of this transfer.   They promised me that Wouldn’t be the case which I’d just be responsible for the Rest of the balance upon shipping.   Eight days after, the delivery Group of two movers showed up a few hours late.   Before starting to unload, I had been asked to sign some paperwork and had been informed that I owed an additional $200 over the agreed upon sum.   I adamantly clarified This was just what I had been ensured wouldn’t occur.   This was replied with me being told that without the additional cash, my possessions would simply be unloaded in the vehicle and left out in the curb.   I tried to get the principal office to straighten this grief.   After hours of efforts, I reached somebody at the Office and the extra $200 was finally waived.   The movers were exceptionally demanding with all our boxes and also hit our walls using a hand-truck creating a marker while I saw.   Boxes were battered and several were ripped open or torn.   The movers promptly abandoned and as we Started to examine the State of our possessions, we noticed that there was considerable damage to the bedroom place, our guest area box-spring was filthy and needed a tear onto a nook, our guest bed had been soaking wet, and Lots of dishes and plates had been broken.   We instantly emailed with photographs as well as the company to examine the damages.   We never heard back through email or reply into voice mail.   It took a few days and Several attempts to get them until we eventually got someone to answer the telephone at which stage we had been told that somebody would return to us with the way to carry on.   We Didn’t hear back from anybody and made additional efforts to contact somebody.   We Could get someone to answer the telephone at which time we had been advised that they had filed the claim with their insurer and We’d hear back together with specifics of how to move.   After becoming suspicious that we’re only being pacified, we contacted the insurer ourselves and discovered that no claim was filed.   Long story short, We’re still coping with attempting to be paid for the damages and also haven’t learned from your firm with some consistency.   For as easily as the movement started, it’s been nothing but a hassle and also cause for annoyance ever since and it has been so.

    Move to Pennsylvania

As soon as I asked a quote, Paul in the company called me in less than twenty four weeks. I’d already received quotations from several other moving companies and that I was amazed that American Pie Relocation was the cheapest estimate in $1,200. I stressed that I’ve a whole lot of precious antiques and they need to be managed with caution. I had a terrible experience with a different firm in my very last transfer where they scraped the whole side of a single desk. Yet my transfer into Pennsylvania was excellent. All of my furniture has been loaded and unloaded with fantastic care. The movers were very professional and courteous. I’d certainly recommend them to anybody.
